Purchased a 2015 Corvette from these folks in Sept 2023, have not had acceptable results from their folks getting back to me regarding the registration for my car. It has been 3 months now and when I call they state paperwork not in yet. I reached out again was told they would check, been over a week but no follow up from this dealer. I called a local DOL office which verified car was registered back in early October, I already have a title in hand which I received a month ago. Seems like once the sale is completed they move onto the next customer, poor follow-up.

The service department here is VERY unprofessional.Last year, I brought my brand new cayenne here.The seat is making noise since the first day. I left my car there for one week, that said I can pick it up and it was fixed. When I pick up my car, I notice there is an big gap between the connections part of my seat.Also!! THEY SCRATCHED MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE!!!Then they took my car for one and half month for fixing my seat and mentioned that that will order a new part for me to replace where they scratched.Now, after one year, I still did not receive any update from them regarding the part replacement. And the seat starts making noise again!!

Was looking around for cars and took a random stop by Porsche Fife/Tacoma. Previously went to Porsche Bellevue and the experience was meh. Rachelle helped us look at a Cayenne and Macan. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. Most employees at Mercedes/Porsche/BMW are snoody as heck and unapproachable. Definitely get the ole boys club vibe from most of the employees at these places. If I decide on a Porsche I’ll definitely come looking for Rachelle at this specific dealer. Sad the Macan GTS I test drove didn’t workout for me right now, but I suspect I’ll be a Porsche owner in the future when the kids are a little older.

Please note that this comment does not reflect Porsche of Tacoma in its entirety, just the service department. Savannah the service representative is not efficient responding to customer. Having dealt with Savannah three times, we found her to be less than responsive each time. She doesn't respond to follow-up calls or show much concern for addressing my concerns. Are there any ways to improve the communication and customer service Savannah provides your valued customers.

I didn't know what dealership I went too but I was not treated like everyone who post it's not even how long it took its the lack of communication ? and all the glass that's still all over my car!!!! WE AS HUMANS HAVE TO DO BETTER.

Darwin Arias is the best Service Advisor, I have ever seen. I had a negative experience with the repair work done to my car and Darwin, went out of his way to make it right. Not one time did he show any type of frustration with me, despite how mad I got. He continued to give me the best customer service while ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my repairs. Great job Darwin!!! You set the example for all Service Advisors to follow.

We purchased our 2019 Toyota RAV4 Adventure this past weekend from Larson’s Porsche of Tacoma and we are so happy with our experience. We first contacted the dealership a few days before the purchase, both my husband and I separately, requesting some additional information about the car and were quickly responded to by both Andre Harlee and Chase Gibson. Both of them were incredibly helpful and very quick to assist us with all of our questions.When we first came into the dealership, Andre was there to let us take a look at the vehicle and got us setup in the system to be able to take a test drive. We wanted to take some time to discuss/research our options, so we decided to setup an appointment for the following Saturday morning to come back and take another look.We had let Andre know about another vehicle we might be interested in and when we got their on Saturday, he had both cars pulled up and ready to test drive back to back. Fantastic!We initially had some others that we were going to check out, but knew that we loved the RAV4. It honestly had everything we were looking for. When we were done with the test drives, Andre brought over the General Manager, Stephen Bi, who made the negotiation process completely painless! We really appreciated his approach and felt as though we were being taken care of.From there, the needed paperwork was drawn up and Andre started the initial finance discussions. He provided all necessary information to the Finance Manager, Roger Carlson, who is an absolute delight. Roger easily and seamlessly explained our finance options, dug through the details via their CUDL program and found us a great interest rate.We honestly appreciate each and every person who helped us through this car buying experience. Everyone’s care and attention to detail made it a wonderful experience.If you are looking for a car, do yourself a favor and check out Larson’s Porsche of Tacoma - 10/10 would recommend!

I had a recall in Sept. of '22. The soonest they could get me in was on Halloween! So I take the schedule figuring no prob I can arrange for coverage at work a month out. Called the morning of to confirm my service reservation for a recall, Steve says "you're all set see you at 1". I get there at 1230 and stuck behind a geezer wanting to talk about the weather with the one help desk lady. When I finally get there she says "oh we tried to call you three days ago to say theirs no fix yet"... I am flabbergasted upon hearing this (also no call record on my phone).. I asked if they could call me when their is a solution and the lady tells me "Porsche will notify me". I pointed out I was notified by Porsche, hence forth the schedule to come get my car fixed...you'd think I had grown a horn out of my head the way she stared at me. Seeing as their was limited oxygen in the room I left in hopes of preserving what braincells I had left. This is the level of service I can get a Subaru dealer, thanks Porsche for lowering the bar so as to accommodate the everyman.I'll have two #2 and Coke, no ice.

Purchased another car from Porsche Tacoma and it was the first time it felt like an "event" -- with all the balloon, cup cakes, unveiling, gift bags, non-alcoholic champagn, etc. it was so delightful and it made our new car even more amazing. I bought a 2022 Cayenne Coupe and a 2018 Ford Raptor at Porsche of Tacoma. I hope you find the right salesperson there, because the one I dealt with was very questionable.First, I bought a Raptor around September of last year and dealt with the saleswoman online because I live in central Washington. Everything was going well until I actually saw the vehicle. The fog light and marker light were missing and the wire was cut off for some reason. She told me nothing about it, and when I asked about the missing marker lights on the front and the rear, she vaguely explained it was made for some kind of wire hole for extra additions on the truck. This turned out to be a complete lie, and it took 6 months to resolve the issue. 3-4 weeks later, I asked her if the license plate arrived, but she said it was going to take longer due to metal shortage, which also was a lie. The people at the front desk told me it had arrived a week ago. I picked up right after talked her. Now, whenever I have anything to ask, she just ignores of my messages. What a great saleswoman. I am so done, and absolutely regret buying from her. I hope you find a good, responsible salesperson unlike the one I had.
