Well the door lock was broken and a screw came off and I told the office about and it got fixed next day after I came back from work. So my overall experience was great but it was the fast service from the maintenance that was amazing. Ty so much!

I've been living here for a year now and I really love this place, management is good, maintenance is quick, and the neighbors mind there own business and are nice. So far all is well.

We've lived here for 1yr now! We signed another year!! We love love love it here! I have ducks & squirrels & tons of wild birds in my backyard! The property is always beautiful! Management is amazing! We love our maintenance staff! Rainier Pointe APT is such a wonderful place to call home! It will be our home as long as we can afford to live here.

Katie was an absolute blessing. It didn't matter how many times I asked her the same question, or ask her to write down information for me more than once. She did so willingly and with such a smile and a warming felt welcoming. They definitely went above and beyond just the minimum they're awesome.

After moving out this place charged me for every little thing, blinds you name it. However they don’t provide everything “new” before you move in such as those blinds, carpet etc. the previous owner had a dog and the corner of the wall was still chewed up. Every time I walk out I find dog poop in the front grass.. wouldn’t recommend

I visited the Community last week and Taylor was awesome! She was super friendly and knowledgeable, she had a smile on her face the whole time. She followed up as well and was professional.
