This store online states 24 hr, that's not facts if you work late or leaving early chances are the door is locked and the cashier is looking at you through the door on the phone first time I thought no biggie but it happens frequently .. I don't understand with two competitors literally on each corner who ARE in fact open . No sign stating locked for break locked for whatever clearly this has been a problem for some time reading these reviews so don't waste your time there's marathon and 76 across the street

First of all this is not a 24-hour Shell station there's a grumpy lady there when I try to go at 4:30 in the morning sitting there on her phone with the door locked. Typically has a mean dog with her I think they finally made her get rid of it. The other workers are nice during regular hrs. Hope she finds some peace ✌️ ?

Expired Milk after two years. I bought a Nesquik strawberry milk. When I drank from it, it was chunky, and almost like jelly. I check the expiration date and it was expired from TWO YEARS AGO.
I should mention it was at the front of the display. I can only imagine how old other beverages might be. I only regret that I forgot to take a picture of the expiration date on the bottle.
I was not able to get my full refund.

So being a truck driver and working nights, it's nice having a 24 hour gas station to go in and get energy drinks. As long as the lady isn't on shift with her dog that barks constantly and locks the building refusing to acknowledge customers outside. Sign says 24 hrs on the door but she's behind the counter listening to a drama with the door locked

It's Thanksgiving morning, I walk in and am completely ignored by a Caucasian teller who has her barking dog with her. She was extremely rude and wanted to make sure to continued her personal conversation w.o actually working. Sometimes it's js common courtesy, common manners. Today I'm thankful I was raised to treat people with respect, even mean old ladies who are old enough to be my grandma. Js go to Tahoma across the street, their gas is cheaper anyway.

It's ok. Only reason we stopped there was station across the street had horrible access. No bathroom for customers and fuel prices are too high. Will probably never stop at that freeway exit again for anything.

DO NOT BUY GAS HERE. About a couple months ago a friend went to put $40 gas and realized the pump only pumped $20. He went back to tell the cashier and she told him he had only gave her $40. He thought maybe she was right and left it like that. My mom went yesterday and put $56 but the pump only did $36 she went to go tell the fat white lady and she told her maybe your fuel marker doesn't work & put the remanding that was missing because she said "oh really?". My mom later drop off and realized once she got on the freeway her tank barley went up and cane back & told my mom well I don't know go to the mechanic

I love this gas station. Ashraf is the nicest guy ever and always makes me feel welcomed. They always have what I need!
