Hired movers to help me unpack a truck after moving myself across the country. Workers were great with everything minus one vintage furniture piece I explicitly mentionedto be careful with and dropped it while going down the ramp off the truck and damaged it.
The following week when I inquired about an insurance claim with the company. They were very responsive to what my options were and seemed to want to help right a wrong. But when the time came to pay up for the damages they ghosted me. It's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten a response from them. Prospective movers beware

I chose Tetris for my move yesterday, mostly for the good reviews, but partly for their business name. They certainly lived up to it yesterday! I was nervous my stuff was not going to fit into the storage unit I had reserved, but they got it all in with a little space to spare. They proved to not only be skilled and careful, but all three movers were kind and friendly throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire them again.

Tetris helps out our water damage company with pack-outs and pack-backs. They show up same day, provide their estimates and gets the jobs done without any issue. I have worked with contents companies in the past and Tetris is the most reliable and honest company I have worked with. Ed and Mike (the owners) and their workers are top notch and are very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance work and the overall process for pack-in, storage, and pack-backs.

I had an excellent experience using Tetris for a recent move. Jose and his team were incredibly professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend using Tetris for a great move experience!

I unfortunately had a bad experience with this company today. The movers that came were very friendly but seemed inexperienced. The really bad part of the day was that the moving truck they brought broke down in my alley and they did not have a clear plan in place to handle that scenario quickly and efficiently. It took several hours for them to actually get someone to come, leaving many of my neighbors blocked in.

This is to add pictures to my previous review. Inappropriately packaged glass got broken. Company took no responsibility and did the move without making sure the contract was signed. I never remember getting their email, but apparently there were some options for insurance. This probably never would have happened if the glass had been properly protected. The glass was very heavy and held together with tape.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Very poor business practices and communication. If anything goes wrong or gets broken, beware. I tried for weeks to try and get some kind of communication on glass that was improperly protected that got broken. It is going to expensive for me to replace because they are shelves to a curio cabinet. There was other non-protected glass, but fortunately made it through. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER! I don't know how to cover this loss because they won't tell me if or how to get ahold of the insurance company! Very frustrating! Michael just keeps saying ' you have to understand, we've been slammed and basically haven't had time ( or can't be bothered is more like it). But it has been over a month, there should have been SOME time in there for at least a LITTLE communication. Stay away from this company. They are just novice movers and don't really know or care about the work. They just want the $$ that's all. Mainly they just see their side of the work and money making, and put the customer last.

They sent me a fragile Pak email about a couple weeks after my purchase regarding scheduling my delivery..I thought wow they are quick! But when I try to schedule my delivery there’s an error and it won’t allow me to schedule the delivery. How come I am not allowed to schedule delivery for a purchase that I spent over $700 on? It’s been almost 2 months since this purchase and after calling multiple times…they finally send us information regarding details of where we can pick up the item. Why can’t you just give us a delivery date it doesn’t have to be today, but I cannot wait another year for it!!! I don’t understand all these ratings might of just been my luck! They are quick to send pick up information but not quick to set up delivery. You guy are wrong for that.

When they delivered stored good that had been picked up on Fox Island, stored and subsequently delivered to Tumwater WA they did not deliver a mirror that was attached to a dresser. They apologized said they would get it to me. Numerous attempts to contact by e-mail and phone were ignored. They also broke a lamp and lost a couple of wheels on the frame of a queen-sized bed.

Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Best moving experience yet! I had a 4 bedroom house with a lot of furniture to move. They worked so hard. They were done much faster than expected. I would definitey recommend them to friends and family.

I am way overdue for writing this review. Tetris Moving Crew that I had for March 2022, was on point, good humored, honest and worthy of tipping at the end of the move. The crew I had had worked.long hours that weekend. It was a welcome to see them in good spirits. They had to navigate an old building, while for the last run, the new building was just starting to be evacuated for a gas leak. A crazy morning, but I couldn't have a better efficient, customer-centered crew.

Definitely recommend this company, they showed up on time and were super careful and efficient when it came to loading and unloading our belongings. The guys were very friendly and helpful to all our requests.

My wife and I called a lot of places to get quotes on moving from Washington state to Florida. Tetris moving was by far the best quote we recieved. Mike and his team went to our storage shed and loaded it on the truck and then took it and stored it for a week. They then came and loaded our apartment. They had everything in our apartment loaded in less than an hour with just 2 people. Mike then drove the truck himself from Washington to Florida. He showed up on time with everything he then started unloading asking where we wanted everything. One other guy and him unloaded the truck in great time considering it was pouring rain hot and humid. After it was unloaded we pointed out a couple pieces of furniture that had got scratched. Mike apologized and then asked how we wanted to handle things if we wanted to go through insurance or just get a portion of the remaining balance taken off he was very professional and to be honest we figured with the long move there would be things that got damaged thats why we got insurance in the first place. Considering it was just some scratches we opted not to go through insurance. To sum everthing up it was one of the best moving companies I've ever dealt. I would definitely use them again and if i know anyone moving will recommend Mike and his crew at Tetris Moving.

The two gentleman, Eddie and Nicholas did an AMAZING job. I called last minute because our first moving company we called did a no show and left us stuck. I called Tetris and the owner had a 2 person crew sent out right away and showed up in 20 minutes. They wrapped everything that was expensive or fragile and hustled and were running to get everything loaded up, literally. They were very respectful and polite. Got the job done quick and professionally. I would recommend this company to ANYONE and we will use them again. 10/10 all around for them. Thank you guys!
