“Scott @ Stroh's is amazing.! Super personal and great at interacting with the customer. I had been putting off my oil change for a while, they got me right in and gave me a free inspection as well.! I got my car back in no time and they also changed my battery in my key fob, changed my air filter, and put air in all my tires.! Pleasantly surprised with the price as well. Overall, one of the best experiences with a mechanic I have ever had.”

“After I made a huge mistake with a local "mobile mechanix" and getting ripped off 3K by him I brought my truck to Vern's and had these guys rebuild my F250 Powerstroke Diesel Transmission. They did a fantastic job and they had it done in less than a week!! They are Super nice, not pushy at all and obviously quite knowledgeable at what they do. “I lent a vehicle to my son to use while he is living in Auburn going to college and he experienced a broken driveshaft. Freddy and his crew were friendly, responsive, and tried hard to keep our bill down by finding the part my son needed through suppliers who could get it to us used in fine condition instead of new. This also saved us time. When Freddy discovered the supplier had sent the part damaged, probably during shipping, he called me immediately and had already researched another supplier who could get the part to us within the week. This was a hard to find part because my son's vehicle is manual transmission and an older model. Not only did Freddy act promptly and keep me informed about the progress, but he and his mechanic stayed late on a Friday evening to get the work done so my son could get back on the road and not miss more class and more flight training (he's in flight school in Renton and was grounded until the vehicle was roadworthy again). Freddy was courteous and kind. We appreciate Auburn Drivetrain!”

Melinda let me keep the car at their shop the whole time without charging me. She even called the machine shop they work with and knocked $1500 off my bill. “Over the past years I've gone to several different auto repair shops in Federal Way and have not been impressed with their being very honest, ethical or knowledgeable for my 2000 Toyota RAV4! After paying for an inspection, Northshore Automotive is the first shop to send me photos with detailed descriptions of what is needed to be serviced. I still had questions & the service Manager Nick spent around 1 hour total answering my questions on the phone and by email! With all of the knowledge he shared with me, I now trust them completely. Northshore Automotive also offers a 2 year warranty on larger services needed. Their customer service and warranty have now gained a loyal customer. I highly recommend them!”

“Planned to have it done when I was gone for 10 days. Got back and it wasn't done for two more days a part got delayed, but the service was good and the price was good with good quality parts. Require a 500 mile check in ? in my book all and all.
