For having only a day to get my car clean they did a really good job, even got a shlushie stain out. Few lil bits they missed but my car was pretty bad. Came to 282 for inside and out after Tax. Higher than I would have liked but it's hard to find good service for any cheaper.

Prices are great, but quality of work isn’t. They used some harsh chemicals to get some pitch off my hood and took the paint with it. Never bothered to tell me about it. When I confronted them about it, they said it would be too expensive to send it off to be painted, but could find some “close” color spray paint and fix it in house.

Recently had my SUV stolen. Police found it two days later. No physical damage to metal work, however inside and outside were trashed. Vancour did a complete inside and outside detailing. They did a fantastic job. Timely, courteous, and very professional. It looked better then when I bought it four years ago. Highly recommend.Services: Full body wash

This place does decent work, terrible parking though and you can never get someone on the phone. On 3 different occasions, they dropped the ball on follow up to detail vehicles for me. Too bad.

All of my experiences with Vancour's Automotive (over the past 15 years) in Puyallup been STELLAR. This is a family owned business, and they do business better than anyone I know. Customers are treated with kindness and respect from every person on their staff. Your car is returned to you exactly how you expect it to be. If it's not, they take care of the problem right away until you're satisfied. The front staff is friendly and attentive, even when they're very busy, they acknowledge you in the lobby. I had my car detailed and windows tinted and they did an amazing job!! I was able to pick up my car the very next day and it literally looked like a whole new car. They are very meticulous and have amazing attention to detail. Ricardo the owner is super friendly and professional. All of his staff did a great job! I can’t recommend them enough! Okay they did an amazing job the inside and out looks very good. But I’m giving three stars because when I called they asked if I wanted interior and exterior done. I said no just interior, they said okay. When I got there I wrote down interior for the service I wanted them to do and they said okay. When I come back to get it they washed the exterior and I asked them why and they said it’s included. So they should have told me that the two times I said only interior and I still had to pay for the outside which was much more then I was wanting to pay. I would not have gone there if it was both because I get my exterior done for free. So other than that it was fine.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

After a major oil leak my mechanic suggested a steam clean of the underside and engine compartment of my car. I asked around to several other car care companies I've used and this was their recommendation. I had that work done, and they did a great job. After that experience I took them a car I'd bought that has not has the best of care. The detail and polish they did made it look fantastic. They have now done the same on all three of my vehicles, and I've compared their work with the other places I've used and against the results my co-workers have received from other shops; Van Cours does a better job.

These guys detailed my 10 yr old Gucci Fiat today and she looks almost brand new! She's picture perfect! And a fair price!
