These guys are really busy because they are popular, so plan on scheduling an appointment even for an estimate. This is far more important than at a car repair ship due to the size of rigs that are in for repair, and parking challenges. They did excellent work, they have a cool security system that goes inside your rig to protect it while it's there, and everyone there is very easy to work with.I hope you never need them, but if you do, I highly recommend them.

A big thumbs up to the folks at Westcraft RV for standing behind their work. I took my rig to them three years ago to have the roof end caps and edges repainted. For some reason the paint started failing in areas this year and I called to discuss warranty repairs. There was no discussion...they just said get it here and we'll fix it! This was a big/expensive job and they completely stood behind their work. You can't do better than a company with pride and integrity. The color match is perfect and I couldn't be happier.

We wasted our time driving an RV all the way down from Seattle to Tacoma to get a $20,000 estimate for some fiberglass damage to our rear cap on a motor home....and no damage to jockey boxes.Wescraft was DOUBLE the price of Heiser. It's one thing if it's a few thousand, but double the price makes me suspicious that these guys are money grabbing. I have no tolerance for unreasonable bids. They were aware this was not an insurance job.I have 5 RVs and 7 box trucks in my fleet that work as rentals, so we need body repair every few months.Westcraft lost our business! If i were the owner, I'd be pissed at my estimators for overcharging.Boooo!

Very pleased with Wescraft. Needed a new transfer switch, 20 year old one shorted out on our recent trip near Mt. St. Helens. Scorched the containment box, which meant no way I was going to attempt a DIY. They replaced it with only 1.5 hours of labor, meaning they've replaced many a transfer switch before.Back on the road, Anacortes up next week...Bob W, Seattle.

I had Wescraft RV repair, replace the front cap and repaired leaks to my 2016 keystone bullet travel trailer in 2021. Exterior work that was completed was not good at all. I had to take it back and have it repaired on two separate occasions after their initial repair. And now, after removing the protective cover (it is always covered) from my travel trailer, in June, 2023 I find that the emblems that they installed on the front of the travel trailer have now began to completely peel off! I paid a significant amount of money to Wescraft RV repair to complete these repairs and I can honestly say they were not successful. These are very nice people to work with And I had no complaints when I had to take my travel trailer back to them to make additional repairs because they had made mistakes on the original repair. I mean no ill will to Wescraft RV repair but I do want to let the public know that this is a result of poor craftsmanship for the repair that was provided to me. There are no original emblems on my travel trailer that are peeling off! Only the emblems that were installed onto the new front cap that was installed by Wescraft RV repair. I hate to say it, but I would not recommend my family, friends, or the general public to have repairs completed at this facility.Service: Water damage repair

I chose Wescraft RV & Truck to handle an insurance damage claim to my motorhome that happened last November, 2022. I wanted a business that concentrated solely on repair rather than sales. I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau and on Yelp and most of the reviews were positive. The reviews that were not positive were at least responded to by Wescraft and I believe they were sincere in there explanation and adjustments. Some reviews on other companies were taken by me as a business to avoid. The fact that I had to wait a couple months for an appointment meant to me that they were busy. Busy to me is a good sign for a business in that people trust them and that they do good work. The work I had them do was extensive as it was a full roof replacement. It did take sometime to gather the parts. But, my new roof is in place and it looks brand new. They did an excellent job in my opinion and, knock on wood, I know where I will go if I ever need future repairs or even some interior remodeling. It's a roll of the dice sometimes to find a friendly, competent, and trustworthy repair facility. I feel like a winner to have found mine.Service: Body & Trim

We are full-time RV'ers and had no idea who to contact for the problem we had with our Class A motorhome. Two other competitors of Wescraft referred us to you, they said you were the best for our problem. The front windshields, both sides of our 2005 HR Push were coming out from the top, over a one-inch gap across. Randy is the man who handled our problem, reassuring us that he could, and would handle the problem and correct it. His estimates were spot on, and his ability to work with our insurance company GEICO and maximize our benefits was impressive. Nothing is 100%, problems did arise after the installation, Randy assured us it would be handled, and it was, and very expeditiously and to our complete satisfaction. The staff for Wescraft are all very professional, and very grateful for your business and the facilities are clean and very well maintained. The security surrounding the building gives you the assurance that your rig will be safe. We were very pleased with all aspects of Wescraft and would recommend this place for your service needs. Thanks, Randy, you are the best. Rob & Harmonie Race

I sustained damage to my motorhome roof in November, 2022. After working with my insurance company and filing a claim, I was allowed to choose where to take it for repair. There were several companies to choose from but, after reading the reviews, I decided on Wescraft RV. I wanted a place that specialized in repair work rather than RV sales, RV supplies. or service. Wescraft doesn't do major mechanical or drivetrain repair, but they do specialize in body, collision, painting and RV interior and exterior work. I had to wait for 2 to 3 months for a repair appointment, but I feel the wait was worth it when I see what excellent work they do. The folks there are friendly and easy to work with. I didn't catch the names of everyone, but a special thanks goes out from me to *****, ******, *****, **** and several other people that worked on my coach and made me feel confident that I was getting the most reliable and best professional service possible. Knock on wood, but I know where to go if I suffer any future mishaps or if I wish to upgrade my coach with a new floor or full body paint. I have been fortunate in not requiring too much repair in the 19 years I have owned my coach, so it has always been a roll of the dice when trying to find a reliable and honest company. I have found my company that I trust and that gives me great piece of mind.

I was able to get an appointment in 4 days because of a cancellation. Brought my rig in on Friday morning at my scheduled time. I asked for an assessment of the repair. I assumed they would look at the problem that day. Nope. I was promptly told it would be next week. Wow. So checked in on Tuesday- told my rig was scheduled to go in to the shop Thursday- FOUR full business days later. The assessment I was given Thursday could have been done in a few minutes if they had at least looked at it when I turned it in on Friday. Assessment determined the rig was drivable as is so I opted to go down the road to my home repair shop.
