Brought my wedding rings in and anniversary band plus mothers ring needed them resized after weight loss. They did an amazing job. Were even able to sauder my wedding rings and anniversary band together. I'm so happy with the results. Staff was amazing to work with.

My fiancé had my engagement ring designed and made here and it’s just perfect. He used my mother’s diamond from her wedding set and an emerald to make the most beautiful and special Toi Et Moi ring. We also found the perfect wedding bands there. Can’t say enough good things about the jeweler.

I brought an emerald ring in for repair; the stone belonged to my grandfather. Staff were friendly and helpful. It took them less than a week to fix the piece and they did a great job. I was so impressed by the quality of their work that I came back a week later and had them repair a sterling silver and rhinestone ring. I highly recommend Fircrest Jewelers for your fine or costume jewelry needs.

Thank you, Fircrest Jewelers. I called them with an odd request. The wire on my oral retainer, which has kept my teeth in place for the past 18 years since I got my braces off, broke two nights ago. People on the Internet, and my orthodontist, were of the opinion that it could not be fixed and I would have to get a new one. I tried to solder the wire back together myself but had no success.Fircrest Jewelers took a look at it and within a couple of minutes had melted the wire back together using a laser solderer. This both saved me money and saved my teeth, since they had already moved and a brand new retainer have been much less effective. So I am amazed and grateful. Thank you again.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Locally owned by people who have passion for quality both in their product and providing an overall genuine and compassionate experience. The staff was both knowledgeable and kind, resourceful too! If they didn’t know something they didn’t hesitate to ask the owners for their expertise. Had some jewelry pieces that needed to be repaired. The first place (I won't name) didn't do a good job, and the stone needed to be remounted onto the Earring. Saw the positive reviews for Fircrest Jewelers, so decided to try them instead. I'm so glad that I found them! Their prices are very reasonable. They reset the stones (for my mother's ring and my child's earring) beautifully. They also took the time to clean all the pieces so they sparkle!! I was able to buy larger stud earrings backings since the original ones that came with the earrings were teeny tiny. Will definitely be returning to Fircrest Jewelers for all my jewelry repairs. Highly recommend this friendly neighborhood Jewelers!

My wedding ring that I had been wearing for 23 years needed to go in for repairs. My husband has always taken care of this for me, but when he went to the mall, he discovered that Weisfields had permanently closed.When he came home with the news, I cried. Not only for my rings but for every piece of jewelry he had bought me from there with now a non-exisistant lifetime warranty.He shortly left the house again, refusing to say where he was going.It wasn't long before my phone rang, and it was my husband on the line with Trisha from Fircrest Jewelers who had looked at my wedding ring set , my right hand ring, and a small channel set diamond & ruby ring. She outlined what needed to be done to each of them, and in one week, I received a text from Rosiland that my rings were ready for pickup.I could not be happier with the work they did on all of my rings.They completely refurbished my wedding set, which is good now for another 20 years !The customer service I received was outstanding. Especially so when I went to pick up my rings, and I gave Rosiland my debit card, which was promptly declined (because of our local credit union being offline!) that she graciously accepted a personal check. We even discussed a possible upcoming project involving a diamond my sister had left me. For never using them before,Fircrest jewelers felt like going home. Quality through and through and really, really nice people makes it so easy to wholeheartedly recommend Fircrest Jewelers!

This family owned shop came highly recommended! I took my wedding ring in to be resized and was impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. It was also done before they promised! I’d highly recommend this shop for jewelry repair!
