The staff is very professional, yet down to earth & willing to reschedule my client within just a few hours notice. They know how to talk to people to make them feel comfortable, in a very welcoming environment. Everyone on the team are such hard workers! They all deserves a raise!

I recovered fantastically and lost 13 pounds from my distal tibial tubercle osteotomy thanks to optimum physical therapy. Shannon was great to work with and talk to. Also, Kayla is a fantastic aide.
