“It was my first time here in years and was delightful! The woman working was incredibly kind and helpful. I didn’t find anything but will be back to search for more gems. The selection was well curated and you can tell took a lot of thought and effort.”

“The cutest little kids consignment store!! I find so many goodies for my baby girl every time I visit! They give you a very fair amount of store credit if you trade in items, too! I visit this store every single time I'm in the area. Here's a picture of one of my most recent Byrt & Gerty hauls!! So many amazing popular brands like Little Bipsy, Kate Quinn, Posh Peanut & Zara, to name a few. The owner is super friendly as well!”

“Glenna is extremely helpful and very professional. She has a wide variety of clothing from which to choose. Her prices for vintage clothes are amazingly. I would have thought they'd be more expensive. As one reviewer said, "Glenna is an absolute doll."”

“My wife and I spent a day going to vintage stores in Seattle and Tacoma and this was the unanimous favourite. Good selection of clothes and fair prices. Got a Washington Federals USFL shirt for the defunct sports team collection and would have bought more if others would have been my size.”

“Great first time shopping here. Good variety and high quality items. Staff are super friendly. Good size dressing rooms with bench and little table for small carried items. Cute racks labeled "Yes", "No", and "Maybe". They have a points system for future discounts, but even without it, look forward to shopping here again soon!”

“A decent enough thrift shop with considering its location in a military base. Prices are reasonable for the items available and there can be some excellent finds. Furniture is well priced and you may be surprised with what you find and walk away with. Worth a look!”

“I love this little thrift store!!! Me and my best friend come here a few times a month. And every time we always find super adorable things. The selections are incredible and vintage and cute. The prices of the items are incredible. They just came out with these rings a few weeks ago for only a dollar and they are so funky and I love them!! Their service is very quick and simple and the girls who work there are always super nice and super helpful!! Love this place”

“I love Trudies Treasure Hutz. There's LOT'S of good stuff to choose from. Plus, the drinks which taste GOOD. I have shopped at the store often, leaving with more than I intended to get. I guess that's the fun part of it. Lol. Oh, the proprietor makes your shopping experience a pleasant one.”

“So I didn't want to come here because of the reviews. But I was greeted with kindness, the buyer was cool, and I saw a bit if behind the scenes with their buying process.Part of the reason the process takes time, is they actively look up items on the internet to make sure they can even buy what people are trying to sell. Plus looking at price comparisons, imo to get the going rate for what they are buying.Tbh, this is fair and appreciated. They do in fact look at every item with care and detail.Lastly, they make everything else smooth and cool.I give this place a 5 star. Support your local businesses :)”

“Great place and always friendly. The manager Sarah is always helpful and very friendly. My favorite Plato's closet to buy and sell for sure. I see negative reviews and majority are saying they low ball prices when buying. People need to remember first this is a business and there to make money. Secondly just because your clothes has tags and are "brand new" doesn't mean that's what they are worth and they are only going to purchase what's in style and obviously what they know will sale. Third- they are very open about what they will pay and its usually about 30% of what they think they will get. I have sold literally thousands of dollars of clothes and shoes to this location and others across the country and Plato's closet will pay more than any other place that I have found. I recommend going into the store and seeing what they have on the racks and asking what they are looking for. I do this and have always tried bringing in those items if possible and I have never sold everything I brought in but with a little research and asking questions it will make your trip there and also the employees jobs much easier and obviously they are not trying to offend anyone by not purchasing but they know what inventory is needed and just because it's NWT's doesn't mean they will be able to sale it. Just a little tip from someone who has done many transactions with numerous Plato's closets buying and selling.”
