We cannot thank the owners of Eagle Auto Tow and Body Shop enough! While driving out in Olympic National Park, we discovered the metal tread was showing on our Chevy Suburban's tire. To make matters worse, our key lock for the spare tire underneath the chassis was completely frozen and rusted shut. We pulled into Eagle Auto right as the owners were returning from a tow call, and they immediately jumped in to help us.Not only did they lend my husband the exact mechanical jack poles he needed, but when our spare tire lock wouldn't budge, the owner brought out extra specialized tools and personally helped us break the frozen lock free. While the adults were working on the truck, he was incredibly friendly—making warm small talk, asking where we were visiting from, and even offering my kids ice cream to keep them happy. They are the local AAA providers, but their service went miles beyond any standard protocol. They didn't have to stop what they were doing to help a stranded family, but they did out of the goodness of their hearts. We gave them a well-deserved tip for their incredible generosity. Because of them, we got our spare tire on safely and were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation with total peace of mind. If you are ever stuck near Forks, these are the exact people you want in your corner!”
