“We stopped at B&P Auto Repair in Forks, WA as it was the first shop we saw comin into town. Our Chevy 3500 dually was running at high RPMs while towing our 5th wheel travel trailer. They diagnosed that the TCM (Transmission Control Module) quit and we were no longer able to move the truck once it stopped. they got it started enough to allow us to park our rig in their lot, when the truck stopped again. So, our rigged stayed attached to the truck for 2 and 1/2 weeks. Since a new TCM was backordered for months, they opted to send it back East to be rebuilt, thus the over 2 week stay. Once returned and reinstalled, the truck is running terrifically again. Thank you guys so much for your quality work and for allowing us to stay. They even allowed us to use the owner's truck so we could get propane and groceries. And late in our stay had electrical power too. Thank y'all so much. Highly recommend them, but be warned They are extremely busy.”
