Trailer parking lot where there are many Hispanic/Latino families. There are many children playing. It has a part for small trailers. There is a small park in the back. They fixed the street and the laundry and installed mailboxes to receive mail.

Was a peaceful place until recently, with the insane rent increase which is legal but I don't think it is morally right, but business is business right!!!!!
