This is one place where I have got consistently superior customer service. The folks are really awesome, polite, and professional. The lobby is large and spacious. This is the only bank of credit union, which I know that has a restroom in the lobby. Christa, Megan, Raul, Sierra, Julie, Jasmine, or a few of the people who have helped me through the years. Period. Additionally, there are one stop shop and have everything from mortgage loans, car, loans, certificate of deposit, as well as our business banking for dancing goats and chickens organic farm. I cannot praise their customers Service enough. They go above and beyond the extra mile.

Had concerns about the Cash App Program asking me to add a card to my account, which is already there. Concerned I may be getting scammed. as I had no problems all these months until last night .Mr Raul reassured me that this was common. He assisted me in updating my information. Now my app seems to be working.. Thank you so very much for having him on staff.

His diligence in locating an answer on how to properly close our business account was second to none.
