Had some reservations about taking my 2016 GMC sierra for a A/C evac and recharge. The appointment portal was very easy to use. As I walked in the door Andre greeted me and got my info and was very clear on what they would be doing and they followed up with an email with a detailed list of what needed to be done. Work was completed in a timely manner and was $100 dollars cheaper than other bids i received. I have been on Ft. Lewis/JBLM since 1999 and this place has had a bad reputation since then, I know every situation is different but, I was pleased with the work and the service.

Came here to get some electrical issues done on my car and they did a great job. My only issue was the overall lack of communication between myself and the crew. Never really received any updates the whole time they had my car. Also don’t expect the military discount to do much for the overall price off of whatever job you get done. Over all not a terrible place, but not sure if I’d ever really go back.

The technician was extremely rude, miscommunication with staff. The technician “quit” due to not wanting to service my car after waiting 2hours. Stated he didn’t have time for the job or my car because the “wheels were too big” and “he’s off”. I was there for an PRE SCHEDULED appointment, it was a mess and will NEVER return. Awful experience!

$107 for an oil change (with $10 discount) is Highway Robbery. They charged $90 for 5qts of Full-Syn. (That's 28.99 at the store). Massive markup. Customer service was terrible. Inspection forms are not completed.
Only get 2 stars because the oil change was completed correctly. Otherwise, 1 -star experience here.
Won't be back.

I went in today to get my tire fixed. I ended up needing to get two of them replaced. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and treated so kindly. They went out of their way to make sure I was okay in an overwhelming situation. The service was wonderful and they were able to get me in and out and on my way. Thanks for making strangers like family. It's not often you see this type of service. I will definitely be back and recommend you guys to friends and family.

Appointment was available in a short time period. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected. Price is competitive with other tire and auto service centers.

Dropped of my vehicle telling them I needed it back no later then 3pm. Was told that could he done. Received 1 update call to add an expectation at a fee. I authorized it and was told it would add to the over all time which I accepted. 4pm came with no call so I called asking for an update, they gave me one telling me they will call when it was done. Never got a call so got a ride to the shop at 603pm to find out they closed at 6pm and kept my keys and car with no update leaving me car-less and unable to get into my home since they had my keys. Brought it up to them next day to get a half hearted apology and a "well you should of shown up before we closed." Will not be coming back especially to that location.

Andre at the front counter was so gracious and helpful. I walked in @4:30 on a Saturday with a slow leak. Once I identified which tire had the leak (which Andre told me how to do), he said I could wait and the technicians would get to it when they could. Well, in less than an hour, they identified the problem, applied my road hazard warranty, and installed a new tire. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much!
