Visited on May 19, 2025 around 3 p.m. just to ask a simple question. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, just stared at. When I asked my question, the employee with facial piercings made me feel like I was bothering him. His attitude came off as dismissive and made me feel dumb for even asking. Extremely unwelcoming experience. I won’t be coming back.

Went there for an item listed at $299 and walked in to purchase the item with a sticker listing it at $299 they said it was $399 and wouldn't honor the listed price with a sticker only 6 days old. The head guy Steven said he was top of the chain and too bad.

Pretty enthusiastic staff. They were able to help my wife and I out when we wanted to trade our PS4 in and we got a great deal.

I went in yesterday around noon. I walked around the whole store and the two employees didn’t even acknowledge me even though they were not helping anyone else because they were talking about their allergies and camping.

Very helpful staff! They helped us with west we needed 10 minutes before cl9sing on Christmas eve! Very thankful for them! The stores off base were rude and not very helpful. Thanks guys for making our Christmas morning smiles!

Second pre owned headset I’ve bought from this store. One took a little while to become defective. The second was defective straight out of the bag. When I returned the second headset I did not get my old headset back or the money back that I paid for that. So all I did was lose money shopping at the store today. I am for sure done shopping there though.

I've never had an issue with this gamestop. I've been coming here since they opened, but I will not be coming back cause of JASON. Every time I do shop and he's there he has a bad attitude and you can always hear the condescension in his voice.

Bottom Line: pretty good store with your gaming needs. Doesn't have PS5 stuff (yet) but I'd submit that you can purchase list of those games online. This store does have some hardware, can pre-order items, and it also carries PS4/Nintendo/PC games on its shelf. Most importantly, this store like others are open to trade and buy-backs. The customer service is great and employees are super helpful!
