Yay! A Panera Bread on post at the Exchange! The online ordering worked great and they open at 6 am. Food was great - up to Panera Bread standards. Tons of seating available. They do breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The customer service behavior needs some improvement for sure, I am not saying this for all the reps, but the majority of the reps are giving customers hard time when it comes to return, refund or price match. Walmart and other stores are more customer friendly than this MAINPX even though they serve the military and those civilians!

I had a very bad experience at the PX T-Mobile store. After returning from Korea, I went to buy a new SIM card and a Samsung Ultra 25 phone. I always shop at PX because I believe the profits go to good causes and charity.
At first, everything seemed fine. But the number they gave me was clearly not new. Soon after activating WhatsApp, I started receiving constant nudity messages. This created big problems in my marriage — my wife thought I was doing something wrong overseas. No matter how much I explained, the trust was damaged, and I’m still dealing with that.
On top of that, another serious issue happened. I went with a friend to PX, and when his card was declined, I paid for his items. He Zelle me the money, but it went to a completely different account. I lost over $600 because PX/T-Mobile gave me someone else’s phone number that was still linked to another person’s bank and apps.
This is not just about money, it’s about privacy and security. If a reused number can cause this much damage, what happens if it had someone’s sensitive information?
I feel cheated, I lost my money, and I lost trust at home because PX/T-Mobile sold me an already-used number. This might be my last time shopping here unless they make it right.
