“Katie is the BEST! She is such a GREAT HOST when you walk in the door! Her friendly demeanor is exceptional! I am only giving 4 stars because when I had my oil changed there recently, the service tech. did NOT ask me what oil I prefer. I had been taking 5W-30 & he put in 5W-20 WITHOUT consulting me up front. I would have told him I PREFER 5W-30 instead. My car runs better with this oil! Now, I am going to have to wait another 5K miles to CHANGE my oil BACK to the 5W-30 oil. Communication is EVERYTHING. Besides this, thank you Katie for your AWESOME & FRIENDLY SERVICE!”
