“Stopped in after a phone call to see if we needed to replace the timing belt on my wife's Subaru Outback.I couldn't believe how much they cared about helping us in an honest knowledgeable assessment to determine if we needed the work done or not. “These folks are amazing. I needed a flat tire fixed and they fixed it for free. I know that's one of the things they are known for, but it's still amazing in this day and age that anything is offered for free.I came back the next week and they put new tires on our other car. The price was fair and the service was quick. I don't think it took them even a full hour. One benefit of living on Whidbey is that they never seem to be overloaded -- busy yes, but overloaded, no.”

“I am a long time resident of South Whidbey but until this week did not know about Morgan's Automotive services. I purchased an Expedition from Ben a few days ago . We found a leak in one of the brakes, Ben said to bring the truck back, he looked at the problem and fixed not only the one brake that had a leak but did all four. A VERY BIG job. They were polite, courteous, professional and took the time to explain everything he did.
