They're not responsible for understaffing, the sheer volume of RXs that the pharmacy has to handle, or Rite Aid's faulty online platform. Each time I have needed to resolve a problem, a pharmacist or technician has resolved it patiently and efficiently. While waiting for a pick-up, I can see pharmacists working nonstop and technicians helping TWO customers at a time at the checkout. I've found every employee to be courteous, understanding, helpful, and fast. I think wait times have improved a lot in the past several months, and I was honestly amazed by my recent immunization appointment: In and out right on time, in under two minutes. I agree with other commenters who think we should show some understanding of — and appreciation for — employees who clearly do their best to do a professional job and fulfill such important responsibilities. A little understanding and patience can go a long way.”
