I have been going to Dr. Jennifer at the Reboot Center since I moved to Whidbey in 2009. Dr. Jennifer is forward thinking, advanced in medicine, knowledge and in advanced technology. I highly recommend her.

I joined as an Ultra member and have been extremely pleased with the progress! Dr Jennifer is amazing and passionate about your health. The staff is always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend investing in yourself hoping the reeboot family.

I had a couple visits at the reboot center awhile back. The testing they did was broader than usual and that was helpful. I did not see results from the supplements I was prescribed. I ended up taking my test findings to my other doctor and he prescribed me what I needed. The low rating is mostly about the service. I had one bad experience and couldn’t bring myself to go back. I arrived 15 minutes early for a quick appointment to go over test results and waited just under an hour. While waiting I received a call from my child’s pediatrician that they had a last minute opening but I needed to be there within the hour. I explained to the front desk and was told that if I left before being seen I would be charged with a no-show fee. I waited 15 more minutes and they still weren’t out and I had to leave. I was charged for it. I have never left a bad review in my life, but it just felt so unjust that I’d been there for my whole appointment time and had to leave and then was charged for it. I will happily pay for services rendered and don’t believe in “good will” policies where providers bend over backwards for clients to like them, but that enforcement of policy felt like it was so about the money I no longer trust the services provided.

First visit with Dr Jennifer to sign up for Core Program. Excellent. Had sooo much energy afterwards. Like chains being cut from the inside of my body.

The Reboot Center is an uplifting and health-boosting place to be. I love going here because the physical environment is quiet, peaceful, colorful and beautifully built. The landscaping is filled with draping rosemary, sages and thymes among flowers that grow and hang from the walls in front of the building.The staff are always helpful, kind and cheerful. Dr. Jennifer is on point with her questions, concerns, direction for better health and wellness. I feel well cared for and in good hands in my journey of being healthy as I age.The infra-red sauna is magical, as is the infrared, gemstone studded heating mat therapy. The brain-reboot program is so helpful for anyone wondering about how to be brain healthy in the senior years.I recommend Reboot Center hands down.

Dr. Jennifer and her staff at Reboot have helped us in so many ways. She researches our issues, especially about senior concerns, and we're impressed with the medications she recommends. Len sleeps better and his blood pressure has gone down. She explains things clearly.

I highly recommend Dr Jennifer. She takes an scientific approach to healing the body in a holistic way. If you’re stuck and need support to move forward and feel better . The empowered wellness program is for you. It’s a lifestyle change that encourages you and teaches you that YOU are capable of being the best version of you . Always so pleasant to deal with everyone at the Reboot Center. Dr. Jennifer spends time with you, listens and suggests but doesn't make you feel like you HAVE to do X, Y or Z. She is gentle and kind.I always feel comfortable sharing information as we talk. Her gentle touch is also appreciated during exams!

I am so grateful to have found the Reboot Center and especially Dr. Jennifer. She is knowledgable, straightforward, kind, listens and offers realistic goals and solutions. One of my initial goals was to get off all my conventional meds - I was taking three. I’ve completely eliminated one of them and will be tackling the other two as the year progresses. The staff at Reboot Center is very professional, helpful and message reminders about appointments is so very helpful. If, for any reason, you are on the fence about visiting the Reboot Center, rest assured you will not be sorry if you do. They’re the best!!!!
