If you want something easy drawn out over an extended period of time, be sure to come here. Danielle Moeller is the most incompetent banker I've ever met. I've complained multiple times even bringing it up past her current manager. Stay far away from this branch of you'd like to accomplish anything with your finances or at least all for someone capable of doing their job- not Danielle.

The staff here are wecoming. They are knowledgeable. They are wonderfully helpful . It's my favorite Wells Branch on Whidbey and Seattle. Stop by and see how great they are plus the piwer of Wells on line. It's great

The employees at this branch are amazing. They are genuinely helpful, and considerate of the needs of patrons. I am thankful that we have such a wonderful crew in our local branch to work with.

I tried to deposit $300 into NY account via the atm on Sat, May 6th. I inserted 6 $50 bills and twice the atm only read $250. I don't think I will ever trust the atm again.

The place is never open. I was forced to relocate, because i own a business, and this bank was closed in the middle of the day, on weekdays, every single time i showed up, to take care of business. Not ideal if you own a business

They are never open when I can am able to go there. Hours are posted 9-5pm, but the reality is 10-4pm on weekdays, and nothing on the weekend.

You're not open. It's that simple. Unless you want to get in a mile long drive thru line that's slower then watching paint dry. I don't know how you claim to be a community bank when your doors are closed to the community. It's got me ready to uproot my entire business and go to another bank. Really unfortunate.
