The branch was easy to find and the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions about opening an account and talked me through some options without making me feel rushed or confused. It felt like they really wanted to help rather than just push products.

I also liked that KeyBank offers online and mobile banking that’s simple to use — I could check my balances, deposit checks, and move money right from my phone.
