I come here weekly just want to say that Heidi is absolutely amazing she makes it such a pleasure no matter what. Chris whom I just met loaded my car with pellets in the rain and he is so polite and such a pleasure thank you Chris and Heidi for going above and beyond.

I can usually find what I need for my projects. Well stocked. Great staff who will help and advise when asked. Some items are a bit overpriced, even by island standards. But all in all, I enjoy going to Browne’s. Wonderful garden center too. Always well stocked. Looking forward to the ‘new’ Browne’s.

Nice selection, especially with their new and expanded lumberyard. Horrible customer service. On multiple occasions I have attempted to get a quote on special order items , leaving my contact information and spec sheets. Even with multiple reminders I rarely receive a reply.

They looooove Milwaukee here. Which is fine, Milwaukee's been killing it in terms of power tools. But I don't have Milwaukee money, I have rigid money. No one on this island loves rigid :-(The people that work here are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

Largest home improvement/DIY hardware store on the island. This store has almost all the essentials and a fantastic garden section in the very back. You can get your propane tanks filled here as well. Delivery available for many items. Easy check out from purchases in the "yard" by stopping at the booth in the parking lot. You don't even have to get out of the vehicle. On the pricier side and no coupons or rewards (program) available.

We have a place on an outer island and needed a kitchen faucet asap for the holiday weekend. Theresa really went the extra mile and not only helped us find and purchase a faucet but delivered it over to Roche harbor herself so that we could have a friend pick it up and boat it over to us that same day! Wow, most places you can’t even reach a real person by phone anymore. Browne really delivered and had our business for life! Thank you Theresa!!! ?
