Absolutely rude people, not helpful at all. Came in to have my code read and they refused to help me (even though I was there first) and they decided to help the customers that came in after me first. Guy at the front desk was very snotty and claimed he was the only one there even though there were 2 other women just standing there (clearly able to help). The guy told me to wait outside for him whenever he’s ready and I came back in 5 minutes later and he asked me “how can I help you” as if he totally forgot who I was and what I needed. I was think kicked out of the store for being “rude” even though they were rude to begin with and I was responding with their level of ignorance.

Avoid at all costs. They will hold your auto for months then tell you you need a new engine. They suggested 12500$ worth of repairs. Actual cost to repair my car...1400$ and that was after we found out they had put antifreeze in the oil. Be careful lugnut, you can try and hide your errors but small islands gossip!

I understand why this great auto shop is so busy! Great service, completely reasonable prices, and overall the kind of place that just doesn't seem to exist in Los Angeles, my current home-it's wonderfully trustworthy.

Got problem with car on our family trip. Ryan went out of his way to help me in time even though he also have unexpected situation arise at the shop. Thanks to him, our trip was saved and we did not miss the ferry.

We have our older work vans and personal vehicles serviced here and it’s always an absolute pleasure! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Also appreciate the transparency when things may need “off-island work” and second opinions???? ?!
