A cute and must visit store on the island! I had so much fun selecting some unique Christmas decor and my toddler had even more fun when the owner offered candy! Lots to look at and eveything is organized, store has a mix of new and vintage stuff. Highly recommend if you’re on the island!

The owner was so sweet! I like to collect bells from places I travel to. I had been looking for one in the San Juan Islands with no luck. She found me a beautiful hand painted bell and put “San Juan Islands” on it for me.

You name it she has it.

An otherwise potentially cute store made sad by a proprietor delivering false information. We were told products were from everywhere but China. Proved it false lookingbat small print. Lady also established strong dislike for Protestants by dissing Martin Luther with her diatribe.
Sad.

The shop alone is a great addition to your island visit. Barbara and Myrtle make it an even more memorable experience. Very nice ornaments with unique touches. The candy was a pleasant bonus as well.

This is a great little candy and Christmas ornament store. I always bring my grandkids when they are in town. The owner is a very sweet lady who is generous with the candy samples and she’s great with the young ones. It is definitely worth a visit if you have a sweet tooth or want a Christmas ornament

This is a little shop off the main part of town you won't want to miss! It's the most amazing shop filled with Pacific Northwest and imported European ornaments and decorations. The nutcracker collection is outstanding, and the hand painted ornaments that Barbara customizes are truly beautiful. We spent quite a bit of time talking to Barbara about the history of her shop and about her collections. There is a separate room devoted to imported European candy and treats, and Barbara can tell you all about them, too. It was a delightful visit, and Barbara was a warm welcoming hostess. This is not a "kid-and-candy" shop. This is a place for serious lovers of Christmas collectibles (and at very reasonable prices). You will be glad you stopped here.

Plenty of ornaments with lots of variety...something for everyone. But, it's time to oust the cat... the overpowering odor in the room with imported candies cut that browsing time to near nil.

So much more than JUST a Christmas shop! To meet Barb is worth the visit. Exotic candies, gifts for everyone on your list, and personalized items to remember your time on San Juan Island! Off the beaten path a tinch, but most things worth finding are.

Christmas Spoken Here at Friday Habour is a must stop on your next trip. Barb was so friendly and knew her Christmas. The shop was well organized and gets you in the Christmas spirit so much so that I wanted to put up my Christmas tree in September ? be sure to ask Barb ( a.k.a Ms Clause to me and my sister in law) if she can hand paint on an ornament. Prices were very reasonable. You will be sure to find your next treasure here. Will definitely go back !

Highly recommend for a little souvenir or knickknack. She’s got a little bit of everything and the owner is just delightful. We came because we heard there was a good totem selection.

This place has a great selection of Christmas ornaments, decor and sweets! Barb is so nice and personable. She hand paints some of the items for sale, including island scenes on many of the ornaments! This was our favorite shop that we have been to on the islands. You can tell this quaint Christmas shop is a labor of love for her. I call her Mrs. Claus since she’s how I imagine Santa’s wife would be. :)

STOP AND HAVE A LOOK.......Amazing place and Barbara (the owner) makes it even better. Definitely worth stopping to see all she has to offer and to make a new friend who will treat you like family. You can find something for even the hardest person to shop for here.

This cute shop sells everything Christmas and imported sweets, but the real treat is the proprietor, who may be Mrs. Claus incarnate. Worth a visit for a serving of chocolate and wholesome goodwill no matter what the season.
