I have had packages delivered to the wrong address and multiple packages damaged. Most recently my food order package was left at the end of my driveway completely busted and ruined.

Friday Harbor WA manager showed empathy for my situation. Explained why and how the deliveries were delayed in Portland OR during our inclement weather conditions. I appreciate having FedEx on our Island for both business and personal reasons.

We live in a small island community. Very frustrating to not be able to talk to the local hub, instead having to explain ferries etc to an offshore contractor. The consistent week long delays are the worst of it however
