FERN is a lovely and amazing little boutique in Friday Harbor on the island. It is a tiny, super cute shop filled with beautiful, fun, and unique handmade goods. The artist and owner runs the store herself, creating almost everything inside, including gorgeous jewelry like necklaces, earrings, and rings, as well as art printed on scarves, cards, light switch covers, clothes, and embroidery kits. Her beautiful and unique style is evident right when you walk in. Visitors praise the artist's giving, generous spirit and excellent service, noting she is very helpful. It is considered a gem and a must-visit spot when downtown or visiting the island.

What a lovely little place! The artist is very talented and runs the store herself. Beautiful art printed and on scarves. I purchased a necklace that I have already had compliments when wearing this week.

This place is amazing! I just got this super cute light switch cover. I also got to talk to the artist who makes it. It’s a tiny shop but don’t miss out on this place when visiting the island.
