San Juan Food Co-op is a community-focused grocery store that welcomes visitors. It supports local food production and promotes healthful nutrition by sourcing responsibly, with 50% of its offerings being local and regional. This includes pastured meats, wild-harvested fish, farm-fresh produce, eggs, cheese, and milk products. The store has a great selection of all the essentials and some more, including a fresh produce area. The quality of its produce is superior to any other place on the island. It is a nice little island shop, small for sure, but within walking distance from most of town. It is a great spot for body products and a cool place to pick up snacks. The knowledgeable and friendly staff help make it a place to find local products. Visitors can also find delicious pizza and baked goods like a ham and cheese croissant. The cappuccino is excellent, with zero bitterness. It is a definite place to start grocery shopping to eat locally and in season.
Small, but well-stocked store. Produce selection is great and fresh. Nice selection of bulk items, too. Prices are similar or better compared with Marketplace and Kings for identical items and organic produce. Some good discounts opportunities by becoming a member.

The Orondo fruit is picked and delivered weekly. Fresh tree ripe fruits. They changed as the season's change.

Very well stocked for such a small store. Packaged prices are quite high so I stick to the local items like meat and produce which are reasonable.
