This is NOT a T-Mobile store. Their website says it is, but it is Rock Island Communications, an internet service. Someone needs to change it to reflect the real business that it is to save people the headache of showing up at 9 am to find this out (and they don’t open until 10).

The number listed here takes you to a tech support guy who acts like you called the wrong number and scoffs at the idea that he should even possibly have the right number "off the top of his head" Don't waste your time. Doesn't say much for their tech support department if they can't even list the right number on google. Frustrating.

The place saved us when my hubby's phone fell into Puget Sound. Despite being branded as "waterproof", no, the iPhone cannot withstand an 8 hour saltwater bath. Phone fell in at night and we fished it out during low tide, but even after 2 days of rice treatment, it was toast. As the only major cell phone store in the San Juan's, they are understandably busy. T-Mobile service is excellent in the San Juan's. Top notch COVID protocols. They restrict the number of guests inside, so expect there might be a wait in line.

Charged for a setup fee but was sent home and told to set up my service via phone for one of our phones. That took 2 hours because no one by phone could igure our why the store turned us away to do it on our own. They set up the plan completely wrong for our ipad, which I went over several times....that was an hour long call to tmobile. Then we come to find out less than a month later that the store had set up our data to turn off with no reason (completely paid bill), had to call tmobile again to fix that. Id avoid the store and deal directly with tmobile via internet or online. The store didn't have access to most promotional prices either. Im sure the employees are fine individuals, but I wouldn't trust most of them to solve a problem with my phone or service.

Card system died while buying headphones, caused a double transaction. Told to call back if it was double charged. Went back in for refund, they said I could wait and maybe they could refund me, or call customer service. They had no idea what to do apparently. Manager sat in back uninterested. After playing the phone game with T-Mobile customer service, they're not able to refund me. Awesome. Had to have it disputed through bank and got it refunded there.

What a great staff! They are patient, listen to the customer, know their products and spend as much time with people as needed to fulfill their needs and answer all questions. We h ad to make a few visits in order to unlock our phones from the carrier we had then back in to set things up with T-Mobile. Each visit was a good experience. We are happy we went to the FH store rather than someplace on the mainland - just great, personal & kind service. WAY TO GO!

The Eastsound office is where customer service goes to die. Go to Friday harbor or the Mainland before you have anything done there.
