Been a member for over 2 years. Great 30-minute workouts that change daily. No designated start times...just show up and start at any of the nine stations. Coaches keep you motivated with light pads and focus mitt work during rounds 3-7, and active rest and transition periods keep your heart rate up. Great place to get in a quick workout in the morning, or a nice cardio pump after a long day at the desk!

9round is my favorite place to work out. You get such a great workout in only 30 minutes. I love that the trainers are engaged with hyping you up and mixing up the workout out or pushing you harder when they think you need it. Everyone is very friendly and the gym feels clean and safe.

Love this place!! What a great way to get in my cardio in record time! The staff really sells the place, hands down awesome vibe and great people. Fun workouts that change everyday. Have recommended to everyone I know!

If you want a really good workout but don't want to spend hours at the gym, this is the place for you! It's a quick 30 minute workout that will have you drenched in sweat by the time you leave. You will not regret coming here! Sign up and get your body moving this is hands down the best workout and gym I have been to! The owners are the friendliest people and workout just as hard as you will!

Great trainers - always feel challenged. Variety of exercises - so never get bored, or feel like one muscle group being overworked.

The best part is getting a full-body workout at whatever level I choose in just 30 minutes. But it's hard to choose just one "best" part of the experience. The trainers are kind, fun, helpful and encouraging, it's fun to challenge myself and I was surprised how much stress release I get from punching and kicking the bags. I am stronger without bulking up, and my skin looks better for getting a good sweat or glow on. Being able to drop in at a convenient time without having to wait for a class to start is really helpful since I work full-time and have kids at home. It's all a 10!
