This is not a place to come if you want to be treated with respect if another hairdresser ruined your hair. They don’t have the skills for damaged hair repair so instead they shame you and tell you to find someone else. Terrible place

I was going through some pretty tough hair issues and went to Christine and she was so incredibly kind and gentle with me and my situation. She colored my hair and it turned out beautiful! She is so knowledgable and made me feel truly heard. The salon is really cute and her staff are the sweetest!

It was so nice meeting Iyaunna and having her give me a fantastic partial highlight! I showed her a picture of my hair a little lighter and she did just that! She does beautiful work! She is super sweet, easy to talk to and I can’t wait to be back!

DO NOT go to Prima Salon the turned my beautiful blond hair PINK!!!!!!! DO NOT USE CHRISTINE OR IYAUNNA I went to see Iyaunna to touch up my balayage that grew out. This was my 2nd balayage ever and I have very healthy naturally dark blonde hair. As Iyaunna was washing out my hair color she said "oh no, your hair is pink". I said "how pink?" "STARBURST PINK". For 45 minutes Iyauna continued to add/scrub green toner to try to offset my STARBURST PINK hair. She got to a point that she said if she adds more green my hair will stay green. At this point, my shirt was soaked, neck itchy and hair completely ratted from her attempting to scrub out the pink color. She called the owner Christine for backup. Her and Christine both tried to wet brush my now ratted hair. It took them another 20 minutes to get all the knots out. After they blew dried my hair and it was still light pink. Due to their mistake after mistake I was at the salon for over 5 hours. The send me home with PINK hair saying nothing they can do, deal with it, eventually it will get better. Christine made claims that the reason my hair was PINK was "something inside of my body and not anything the stylist did". I told her the only thing that I take is vitamins and nothing else. She took no accountability for herself or her stylist. I left with fried pink hair. Today I tried to wash more pink out. My once extremely healthy hair is now a knotty destroyed mess. I called 4 experienced (15+ years) stylists and told them my story to try to get to the bottom of why did this happen, how to prevent, what to make it look right. All of the experienced stylist said it was Iyaunna's mistake with toner or color, not "something in my body" as Christine claimed. I called Christine back to give feedback from the other stylists so she knew it wasn't my body. I also wanted to ask how to remedy the fried hair she left me with. She said there is nothing she can do, she already "didn't charge me" for my PINK HAIR, claimed I was attacking her and then hung up. My scalp still hurts from the combination of Christine and Iyanuna pulling on tangled rats nest they created and the absurd amount of chemicals added to attempt to reverse a terrible color mistake. Christine is completely unprofessional, rude and Iyanna made a terrible mistake as humans we all do. I will pay the price for years to come. Do NOT go here. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of mistake (only blame on clients body) and NO SOLUTION (besides to not charge me $300 for my fried PINK HAIR!). Take my experience and select a different Salon no matter how far you have to drive.

Cute salon, great products, good location. Unfortunately I've been left with an awkward unflattering haircut. 3 hours, $200+ for toner and cut and I never take my hair out of a bun now. I spoke with the owner and they offered to fix it. After going back and forth trying to schedule, I decided to cut my losses. A true bummer.Color seems to be a specialty of the salon, and I was quite pleased with the custom mix I was given. I've always been much more focused on cut quality though, so I will have to find another salon.

I met Christina and I loved her passion and enthusiasm for creating beautiful hair for her clients. I switched to seeing her so she could help me with my hair issues. She is very committed to her work, and I loved how she took care of me. I highly encourage anyone to come to this Salon. Jenna has also taken care of my hair as well, she is a master stylist!! They are truly the best.

A godsend to those with fine hair wanting extensions and confidence!!!A Prima Salon gave me confidence I did not know I was lacking! Seriously, suffering from super fine hair since birth, it never occurred to me that I could ever have "full hair" (without a wig), yet here I am, owning it! Sadly, I truly did not understand how much I was truly embarrassed and self-conscious because of my thin hair. It was not until I had a full head of hair, thanks to A Prima Salon, that I realized just how much it really bothered me.And while you might think, as I did: "My hair is too thin to even support the weight of extensions," let me reassure you, their unique method of attaching the hair evenly distributes the weight, therefore preventing breakage!Yes, you, can have a full head of hair. I promise! And I promise you will love it!!!Services: Haircut

Andee is AMAZING! Takes the time to really listen and really went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I wanted. BEST hair color I've ever had! Makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Just a super cool girl and the salon itself was bright and clean. Not to mention the price was super reasonable, half the price of the last place I went to. Definitely found my new salon/ stylist. Already booked my next appointment!
