Shoutout to Ben for taking the time to help me with some wiring/electrical needs! He truly made me feel like family today. Ben took the time to show me proper use of my items, made sure I was set for success and got what I needed.
A lot of stress was relieved today because of Ben! This kind of attention to detail and care is rare in today’s world, but not here!

I would like to compliment Lois, Jack and Doug for their constant good will and help. Lois has been helping me for a dozen years and she is so knowledgeable that it saves me lots of time. I needed help today with a tiny bolt for my hedge trimmers and she spent a long time figuring out what would work and how she could help me. Jack helps me every time I go into the store and always knows where things are and how to work them. Doug is amazing in his ability to understand and fix things. He is always there to help with a smile. Your newer employees are very nice but nothing ever makes up for long term service and expertise of the friendly and helpful faces of your long time employees in Gig Harbor.
