At&t initially sold me a protection plan and phone plan at the target in Gig Harbor. They promised lots of discounts and promotions which at&t did not honor and after reaching out to the rep he admitted he was given false information about the discounts. I returned the unopened phones and fought to get my money returned to me. I was told to go into at&t to get my issue resolved for the protection plan after having no luck on the phone. I went to port orchard at&t at 1:50 pm and saw a hang written sign that said out at lunch until 2:25. I had an appt @ 3 in gig harbor so I decided I would run out to the gig harbor location. I got there to find only 1 worker with 3 different couples waiting to be helped. He informed me his manager would be back in about an hour. I walked out. I then showed back up at Port orchard store at 5:13pm, the associate was busy helping another couple. I stood there until 530 and walked out because I had to go pick my son up from practice. I came back immediately after picking him up...I entered the store and no one was even in the store. I jingled the bells on the door handle and waited, I then knocked on the employee door and nothing was happening. I then went outside to see if associate was on break or vaping or whatever, nothing. I waited for 5 minutes for the associate to come out and help me. They came out talking on the phone, put that person on mute and asked how they could help. After explaining myself they got off the phone with the other people and said they would be able to help me. The person ended up not helping me with my issue but googled some generic phone numbers for me. They offered to quote me on services and I literally laughed and said I would never take my business to them after all the run around, promised discounts, and fighting for my money back. NEVER BUY THE ALLSTATE PROTECTION PLAN FROM TARGET AT&T!! IF YOU DO YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM DIRECTLY TO CANCEL, EVEN IF THE SERVICE IS NEVER ACTIVATED! AT&T WILL TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I feel like they will tell you whatever they need to in order to get you signed into a plan.

A very rude experience with Sean on Memorial Day. He totally missed the “first come first served” business standard model. When confronted he was quite defensive. Not a way a customer of 33 years would expect to be treated. Some take and look around the store to see who’s next to be served and a sorry for messing up class would go along way. A prior visit five weeks earlier took an hour and ten minutes to be served. And yes Sean was in the store then as well.

Sebastian is their one of the best support staff, He is friendly and goes out of His way to help You

Walked in with my mom needing an upgrade for my phone and walked out with a new phone, new airpods and a lower phone bill ! great group of people at this store, very personable and respectful. 10/10 would come back

Difficult to even get in contact with anyone from the store. I had payed off my old phone and purchased a new one. AT&T forgot to unlock my payed off phone. After calling 4 times 4 separate days and being put on hold for 5-10 minutes each time they sent me to a robot line for unlocking phones reported as lost or stolen. The amount of time I’m having to spend to correct the stores mistake and how rude the employees are regarding receiving calls at the store is nuts. Go anywhere else lol. (Further edit) The phone payed off was purchased over 3 years ago. AT&T now claims they can not unlock the phone until 60 days after I purchased it… Even though that was 3 years ago.

I went here to get technical assistance with porting my number away from AT&T carrier and new phone. I asked for help in person at this store. The young man asked if I was there to buy anything. I explained that I had already called Apple for technical support. I repeated again why they told me to go to the AT&T store who is my present carrier. He couldn't be bothered to help. He told me to cross the bridge and drive to the Apple store at Tacoma Mall.
I asked if he could think of any other alternative solution to make sure my phone was backed up and ready to switch carriers and phones. He said he couldn't help. (Why? I am an AT&T customer and need technical help).
Then it dawned on me hours later that I could use my own phone over wi-fi to double check that the backup was complete. That's all he needed to instruct me to do! Not drive to a whole other city with a bridge toll. He could have said, just connect to wi-fi and use your Apple product in Safari to check your backup.
Impression he left was: didn't care, not technically skilled, only concerned about making sales, didn't resolve the problem I had

Been here 20+ min waiting for a SIM card and this guys helps a Verizon customer find a Verizon store before helping me. The person before was awesome in and out less than 5 min. Still waiting
