So, this hotel is in a quiet, relaxing spot in quiet Gig Harbor, Washington, not far from downtown Seattle or Tacoma. This has been my first stay but won’t be my last.
That said, and in spite of the five stars, there is some room for improvement. Above the desk, a large lighted mirror would be great so that the desk can double as a vanity. It would also help if there was a shower bar in the shower for those of us with balance issues. And lastly, it would be nice if the mattress was a little more comfortable.
Like I said, in spite of the above mentioned things, I will 100% be back because the atmosphere has been so peaceful and calming. And the staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Highly recommend against booking here if you’re staying in gig harbor despite the convince of the kitsap airporter service.

I don’t see how people are falsely rating this place to high. The room was dirty, trash cans weren’t even picked up. The rooms have no chairs or mini couch like the pictures. The location is not good, nowhere near the water. Front desk lady was talking on the phone throughout the check in. Breakfast was wet scrabbled eggs, cold sausage. Waffles were good. Coffee had an aftertaste of whatever they used to clean the coffee pots. Avoid staying here. You’ve been warned. We couldn’t wait to get out. These good reviews are now real.

My visit was a solo one as the INN was my base during 3 mad days of last minute house hunting. All in all it's a comfortable place, good location, room size, and price, so I would stay there again but perhaps not when I have kids. I do wish a small kitchen/microwave or eating area were in the room - there's so much space in there but I couldn't heat or make food. The staff were helpful

I use this as a transfer point to catch the Kitsap Airporter Shuttle. The folks at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating

Great stay at the Inn! Nice hotel with old school charm, hot breakfast, decent location. They upgraded my room for free, which was a nice added touch, and worked with us when we had to alter our reservation at the last minute. Thanks Heidi!

Only stayed one night but zero complaints! Clean room, clean bed, comfy and cozy. The lobby/common areas are nice and spacious. Will absolutely stay again if I’m in the area!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Gig Harbor
Our stay at The Inn at Gig Harbor was nothing short of magical. This beautiful, quaint hotel is tucked away in the charming town of Gig Harbor—just a stone’s throw from delightful little restaurants, cozy cafés, and boutique shops that make exploring the area a joy.
The moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted by Heidi with warmth and kindness that felt like coming home. She was eager to help, offering genuine hospitality and thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and exudes a quiet elegance that makes it a perfect retreat. Whether it was the comfortable rooms, the peaceful ambiance, or the welcoming atmosphere, everything about The Inn at Gig Harbor invites you to relax and unwind.
We absolutely loved discovering this secret oasis and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with small-town charm and heartfelt service, this is the place.

Average clean hotel. Nothing fancy. Clean and comfortable. housekeeping service every 3 days. The breakfast is sad. Consider another option for breakfast.

My flight from DFW to SEA was cancelled at 2am due to severe weather. Since it was within their 24 hour cancellation policy, the INN at Gig Harbor chose not to grant me a waiver and just kept my money. Shame on you The INN at Gig Harbor management for not being decent human beings. My flight being cancelled was not my fault and you could have accommodated my family by changing our reservation to the next next. We live in the area and will be sure to tell others about this terrible treatment.

Check-in time is late at 3pm when we have a wedding to attend at 3pm. That is just too late, but the staff were very nice and they were able to accommodate us and get us checked in by noon for a wedding we had at 3. They were renovating, which is definitely needed, it is an old outdated building. The rooms were relatively clean, the bed was great, very comfortable and lots of comfy pillows, so they got more stars for that.

For the price there should be daily maid service.

It Was A Nice Enough Hotel With Basic Amenities But No Swimming Pool, Hot Tub And We Found The Dresser Drawers Full Of Clothes From Prior Guests- The Ladies Working The Front Desk Were Very Personable And Courteous.

We went here to catch the Kitsap Shuttle to the airport. The hotel looks nice and we’ll stay here next time we visit.
