Terrible experience. I had my propane tank filled at 5 PM today and discovered when I got home that it wouldn’t open. I returned to the location and explained the issue. A different employee was there this time, and instead of helping, he questioned whether I had even gotten it filled there, implying I was lying. He then attempted to force it open using a hammer, breaking the handle off in the process. Afterward, he blamed me, claiming I had a faulty tank.
Back at home, I did some research and found that the likely issue was overfilling. I carefully released some propane with a screwdriver, and—using pliers, since the handle is now broken—the valve opened with no problem. So now I have a damaged propane tank, and no accountability from the staff. Completely unacceptable.

The pictures and satellite images don't depict it but it is not easy access if you're towing a camper. Don't even try. I attempted and absolutely could not get in.
