Too tired and busy to greet or help a customer. I went in with $$$ to spend. But not one clerk spoke to me or made eye contact. Upon leaving the store, I expressed my disappointment. My comment was met with " We've been resetting the store for seven days. Everyone is so tired." Luckily, JJJill was next door. I bought 6 tops. I'd received excellent service from the get-go. When I mentioned the poor service at Chicos and their excuse. She said it's not the set-up or being tired, we've heard complaints quite often. Goodbye Chicos in Gig Harbor! Hello J.J.Jill.

I went to Chico's today to look for a dress. When I noticed they didn't have much dress selection, I began to get anxious. Wendy and Judith came to the rescue to help me find something nice and elegant for a military event. I ended up purchasing an elegant coat that can go over a dress I already have. Judith helped my appeal by modeling some nice jewelry to help my outfit stand out more. I loved my experience, and I would definitely come back!

I have dropped in at this store numerous times and question why I still do. The staff is so incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Not once did I get asked if I needed anything - even when standing directly next to a staff member. This was the last time for me.
