I thought I had a very slow valve leak, for a very reasonable price they found an actual puncture

Excellent customer service, fast and honest, couldn't be happier. Larry put new Michelin Cross Climate2s on my 2008 Subaru Outback and I couldn't be happier. Larry also went above and beyond to help clean up some corrosion for me that was going to be a project for me on a different day.

Having to make an online reservation to get my tires rotated was a no go. Had to call into the tire center to make the appointment.

I just got new Bridgestones for my Honda CRV. Sarah was amazing. I thought I was just going in to order and pay for the tires. But they fit me in and by 5pm my car was all ready to go! She was very knowledgeable about tires and what ones would meet my needs! Thanks Sarah!

The team here is amazing, providing exceptional customer service and care! I recently visited due to a mail in a tire I bought from Costco for a repair. They could not repair the tire and did not have my tire in stock, so they put on our spare to drive to a different Costco that had the replacement tire in stock for a warranty exchange. Unfortunately, our spare quickly went flat, so I returned as they were cleaning one the day. The guys stopped cleaning to help out working through options and ultimately selling us a replacement spare and putting it on when they should have been closed to new service. Wish I had their names. This is how you support customers and cement a loyal customer base. Thank you!

Ordered/Paid for tires online (del to Costco)for wrangler with aftermarket rims. Spoke with tire center twice, scheduled install, came in for install and they will not install.
"Not factory tire size"
"No can do"
Why didn't you ask if everything was stock when we called and made the appointment?
Why waste all that time, money for shipping, my time?
A simple question would have avoided all of this nonsense.
Larry, the manager was absolutely zero help, he didn't care. In fact the entire tire center team really appeared to dislike their jobs.

One of the first times I’ve ever been told to expect slow service and received just that. An hour and forty five minutes for a tire rotation. The two times I asked how things were going, I was basically told that I had made a huge mistake by showing up on a Saturday. Not everyone who goes to Gig Harbor Costco lives in Gig Harbor, figure it out. Silverdale is nothing like this location. I looked to see where my vehicle was and it was just sitting for a hour, while the lads had a laugh and a chat. They finally had it on a rack the second time I looked 30 minutes later. The only person breaking a sweat is probably the guy in charge, who should be kicking those other dudes in the pants and telling them to try breaking a sweat.

I saved myself about $1000 going to Costco vs. les Schwab or discount tire. No men trying to con me into buying more than I needed was super pleasant. No mechanics complaining about how bald my tires were also. They also gave me a reminder sticker when to rotate tires. It was great! I did not plan the wait time well or time of day I made appointment. 1.5 hour wait but I chose the busiest time of day at Costco right when it opens. There is no official waiting area for tire shop besides Costco deli area. I chose to wear sandals and it started raining soon after I dropped my car off. I would plan for someone to pick you up so you can get errands done around town or go out for a meal while you wait. I did meet some pleasant people while waiting in the deli but I’m a total introvert so this was a bit rough.

Bought 4 tires two months ago. I got a nail in a tire, so I was able to drive into the same Costco to have it repaired Waited 4 hours (as I couldn’t leave without getting it fixed). Never buy tires at Costco. Terrible customer care.

Refuse to let my service dog in Said she was too small to be a service dog and asked her where her vest was and asked what the dog was for completely inappropriate. Definitely going to avoid this place now. I had only recently got the service dog approval so I didn't have a vest for her yet and she was so small that you can't really find a vest her size its been quite difficult

Every year I try pumpkin pie despite disliking it. I always think "maybe I'll like it this year," "maybe this pumpkin pie is the one that changes my mind". Despite my efforts I have spent my entire life confused as to why people go crazy for the stuff. After 25 years, and 25 Thanksgivings I was ready to give up on pumpkin pie. That all changed tonight. Turns out there IS a pumpkin pie for me out there and its COSTCO'S. I took one bite and felt like every one of my failed attempts, every bite of flavorless and soggy pie, was worth it. This pie tastes way more expensive than its price of $5.99. To me this pie is priceless. Sweet and flavorful filling, flaky buttery crust, and the ratio of the two is perfect. No soggy bottoms here! This pie puts every homemade pie I've ever tasted to shame, no offense mom! And to every other person thinking about making a pumpkin pie this year, maybe leave it to the pros at Costco. Not only will you probably save money, after taking into account the ingredient costs to yield of pie, you just can't beat Costco's price for a nearly 4lb pie! Not only that you probably won't beat its flavor either. Sorry With all this being said I am ready to make up for lost time. I will be keeping this pie on hand for the rest of Fall and I hope that everybody can find as much joy in Costco's pumpkin pie as I have.
