There are not a lot of great stores in this area, so it’s helpful to be able to get some items here vs. driving further. It’s the best place to buy greeting/birthday cards in the world though, very good selection of decent cards for $1 (or is it a $1.35?), would never buy a greeting card anywhere else. You’re not always going to get a smile from every employee here, but glad this store is here as an option.

Today around 11:55first time arrived to this dollar tree cashier Abby, no customer service at all she look like she was upset mad she look miserable. I remind her thank you twice to say thank you to the customers. No smiling nothing at all. If you guys do have cashier, they are miserable. Shame her and you guys because it’s a beautiful store, but everybody look inside miserable, especially this lady young lady.

My wife bought 23.17 worth of items on April 23rd. On May 7th I looked at our credit card transactions online and saw the $23.17 along with a $150.00 transaction dated the very same day. Needless to say we dud not buy an additional $150.00 worth of items at the Dollar Tree.I immediately went to the store and spoke with a manager. He phoned the store manager, who was supposed to call me on May 8th. That call has not come.Something is going on...

I love the inventory but the staff is extremely rude and has horrible customer service. Spoke to my husband like he was stupid, passive aggressively put out the “ring bell for service” after my 6 year old dinged the bell. Very rude and impatient

This is absolutely one of the worst Dollar tree locations I've ever been to. Aside from no carts or baskets, the messy isles that you can barely get down, the employees are extremely rude. I had been waiting in line for over 10 minutes with a few other people to check out, and as soon as the other register came back from their break the lady whose line I was in she immediately shut down and would not help anybody else who had been waiting. It would have been courteous to offer the customers that have been in her line to go to the newly opened line or at least finish ringing up her customers before she left for break. I have been a cashier for many years and I could never imagine closing my line down abruptly after customers have been waiting well over 10 minutes. Unfortunately I was not able to check out because the other lines were even longer and I was not going to wait any longer so I left all of the things that I was going to buy and I'll head to Walmart where I'll spend four times as much but that's okay because at least that company appreciates your business. I was really excited for this location to open up however if it's going to employ horrible people that treat customers like they could care less it's not going to make it long.

This store has been clean. The staff is friendly. But I find some managers lazy,I see the cashiers running back and fourth to the stock items on shelves. Long lines only to hear managers tell employees "hey you have customers". Instead of grabbing a register and saying I'll take the next customer they load more work onto their already overloaded cashiers. If uou ask me give the work staff a pay raise and put them in management.

This is the most organized and clean Dollartree in the area. It's worth the drive... everything is so easy to find and the people working are so nice. We even find some premium items - I feel like the selection of items is better than on any of the other stores on the Kitsap peninsula.
