This family owned business is the absolute best. I have taken my car to all three locations throughout the years and have amazing service every single time. The staff is super attentive and kind. My advice to those leaving negative reviews, is to try and be kind and you will receive it back. Too often I see people mistreating staff because they're upset about their car troubles, when all Eagle wants to do is help. You shouldn't shoot the messenger, they are just doing their job. Great value for the services here as well! 10/10 would recommend.

I called and got Chris. He gave me an estimate for my tires which I approved. He had to order them and said they would be in the next day, and we made an appointment to install them. The job got done properly and on time, and they charged me exactly what the estimate was. I'm satisfied, and will go back to get other work done when I have more money.

Not great service, told one price over the phone, once there given another (higher) price. When called on the discrepancy the person taking the tires said they would honor the lower price. Still one of the highest in the area we called but could do same day that day which is why we were going to bite the higher price. When we called to check the employee over the phone curtly stated they'd be done between other jobs and were a low priority and may not get done. We had dropped the tires off early in the morning and got them back just before closing. We provided all the items, just needed mounting and balancing. I will not use them again.

Had a hard time getting a service appointment anywhere in GH.Chris and Scott went the extra mile to take care of our problems. The dreaded CEL along with A/C issues. They even squeezed us back in immediately when the CEL came back on after the first visit at no charge. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

Poor, unreliable service. A very straight-forward, simple service was quoted by phone and then they did not honor their quote after driving all the way out. Waste of time and fuel. Unfortunately not one of those "needle in a haystack" mechanics that everyone needs. Don't let them waste your time and money. Not recommended.Service: Tires

Unimpressed with the customer service from the so called manager or whoever that person is in the office. I would’ve paid any price to have work done on my tires, but the attitude from that man handling my quote was uncalled for and very unprofessional.

I got prices from les schwab and eagle tire They were equal, but....Eagle did not replace the front caliper because they said they were goodA few months later they are now no goodThey charged $500 more to replace themLes Scwab's price included the calipersDon't get brakes done hereLes Scwab is less expensive and better quality

my 87 Chevy van broke down on the exit right next to this place, which I have done business before in the past. It was literally two blocks from the location, so I had it towed here at night time and was told by the manchild Chris that they did not want this type of business anymore and that he didn't care if I picked it up or had them work on it. I should've trusted my gut because Chris was an absolute ignorant j*** with an absolute lack of mechanical knowledge. They charged me $750 replaced a couple parts that were on necessary and return my van in crappy running condition . Where is always ran perfect. Upon calling them the next day to inform them that they actually made my van worse was toldby Chris that he did everything correctly and him screwing my van up was not on him. Until Chris is gone they losemy families busines. Stay away as these guys have very poor mechanical ability and are a bit dishonest.

New client here that needed a new tire on a pick up truck. I was running 5 minutes late to pick up my vehicle. Hours earlier they had refused to take payment over the phone when I originally told them I might be late. The Rhodes Scholar who answers the phones there literally HUNG UP on me when I told him I was 20 min away and would arrive approx. 5 minutes after closing (had he taken my payment hours earlier, he could have gone home and cooked his crystal or whatever). I called back and was able to convince the Duke of Weasleton to take my money. You're welcome dood. I arrived @ 4:35 as I had estimated and they were still there closing shop. Hanging up on new clients is a great way to NOT earn repeat business.I'll take my considerable disposable income and three aging vehicles and stay with Courtesy Auto in Tacoma. They do just as good of work, and actually have a sense of customer service in a service industry. Pathetic.Service: Tires

My first review was flagged and then ultimately removed by the leftist yelp censorship Gestapo, for speaking a little too much truth?*Very poor customer service for a first time (and last time) client*-I had a nail in my tire on a Saturday, my regular mechanic isn't open on Saturdays. Thought I'd try these guys cause they were open, and it's closer to my house than my regular auto shop.-Two hours prior to closing, I told them I didn't think I could get there before closing at 4:30, and OFFERED TO PAY IN FULL OVER THE PHONE, and said I'd pick up my car later that evening. All other auto shops (including my regular) that I know of are willing to do after hours pick ups for payments in full. -They refused a $600 payment over the phone for "new clients." Cause evidently an established client wouldn't ever do a charge back? Idiotic logic.-20 minutes before closing (I was on my way there, and 25 minutes away) they called, asking where I was. When I said I was probably going to get there 5 minutes late, the exasperated man child hung up on me.-I immediately called back, reminded the Rhodes Scholar that I tried to pay in full hours ago to avoid this situation. He reluctantly took my payment. I arrived 5 minutes after "closing time" and they were still there.. after making a HUGE deal out of me not getting there in time? Pathetic.I've worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and I strive to provide the best customer service possible. I routinely go above and beyond for clients even doing things after hours (most of the time they aren't even aware of the specifics of what I'm doing nor when I'm doing it) and I just know good customer service. These guys fail big time. Dear auto shops: you are essentially a commodity. I'm not coming here because of the f****** artistry with which you mount tires onto wheels or drain fluids out of my car--99% of auto shops can do the vast majority of auto service competently. You have to provide a modicum of customer service, particularly in this industry--I'm really not asking for much, but hanging up on first time customers like a brat is not how you win repeat service. I have three aging vehicles that all need to be serviced for various things. I also have an abundance of disposable income to spend on my cars--and I absolutely won't be coming back here. Do yourself a favor and drive to Courtesy Auto Service in Tacoma. I've been going there for years and you should too.
