Dr. Marks is phenomenal. Extremely thoughtful, compassionate, and explains things thoroughly so pet owners can make informed decisions. I've owned dogs all my life and I foster dogs, so I've seen my fair share of vets and I would choose Dr. Marks over and over again. We took our young Yorkie puppy in to see Dr. Hankwitz for a first well-puppy checkup, and signed on to a "puppy package" that included check-ups, vaccinations, and a few other services. Dr. H was wonderful with young Wilson, explained everything to us clearly, answered all our questions, and impressed us thoroughly. Seems like a great asset to our human-and-canine community.

The communication of this office needs improvement. Care for our 11 year old dog ended abruptly. She had to have emergency surgery elsewhere. Our pets were with this vet for over a decade. Out dog shouldn't have been released from care at such a critical stage of her life.

the vets and vet assistants here are lovely people. i felt extremely comfortable with leaving my cat with them while he got fixed, they called and texted me about everything he was going through and more. very professional.

Parking was good, receptionist was helpful and efficient. The attendants were nice and helpful. The veterinarian give a good exam and gave the needed shots quickly. Overall a very Good Animal Hospital.
