I could rely on Geoff as a resource. This was my first home purchase, and so it was a benefit to have someone so supportive. We also used a first home buyer program for assistance with my down payment, which my own bank was not interested in engaging with. I can confidently say Geoff is a friend to first time home buyers versus simply a lender.

Scott was the hardest worker to get my loan and provided attentive service even though there were a couple hurdles to over come. He handled them extremely professional and closed within about 3 weeks.
He is a very caring and honest loan manager I have ever dealt with.
