3 months ago I went to this FedEx to ship a small item that fits in a regular envelope, The kind of thing that you can ship for a couple of dollars. Since they require you to use their own packaging, I asked for a FedEx envelope to put it in. They said they were out of envelopes so I would only be able to ship it in the only type of box that they had on hand. I said okay how much is that? And he said it was going to be $163 for something that weighs less than a tenth of a pound. He said that to me like it was a perfectly normal thing to say to someone else. So I took it to USPS.
Today I went there to ship something, again something that fits inside a normal envelope, and he said oh actually we're out of envelope so the only way we can ship it is in the boxes we have on hand. I didn't even bother to ask how much that was going to be this time. I just left.
Are we incompetent enough to not keep envelopes on hand or do we just hope people will be desperate and pay them $100 to ship a card? I'm going to stop wasting my time stopping here.

I had a FedEx package with a FedEx prepaid label, and they accepted my package no problems. I even got a confirmation receipt with tracking number š®.

They do not scan QR codes here. Employees are rude and unhelpful.

Needed to ship 3 envelopes with documents and with return envelopes to 3 different government agencies. They wouldn't allow me to have the return envelopes, even though I had FedEx labels printed for them. Had to drive to Bremerton to the FedEx shipping depot in order to drop them off. Won't be back. Ever.

They ā misplacedā the Fed Ex login password so couldnāt take a drop off. Saddest part was that the manager just let the employee sink on his own without providing any support at all. She basically says yeah I donāt know where it is. Wow ?āāļø
