This is my second time working with Fix Auto in Gig Harbor, and once again, they exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, their communication was constant, precise, and reassuring — I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle.
Both times I’ve brought a car to them, their work has been nothing short of outstanding. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the final product. They don’t just fix vehicles; they take care of people. It’s rare these days to find a shop that genuinely puts the customer first, but Fix Auto does precisely that.
Because of their honesty, professionalism, and craftsmanship, I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. If you want a team you can trust with your repairs, a shop that communicates, and work that’s done right the first time, I highly recommend Fix Auto Gig Harbor. They’ve earned a loyal customer for life.

Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable, and even returned my rental car for me! I had an unusual situation with my insurance and had no issues once they took over my case. They took care of me and my car very well.
