On June 6, I showed up as soon as the pharmacy opened, hoping to get an essential prescription filled asap to be able to make connections for a long planned trip out of Seattle. The pharmacist couldn't make promises but nonetheless, filled what I needed in good time for my needs. I found this pharmacy both competent and considerate.

Canceled my prescription without notifying me.
Was told the prescription was on back order, but they would contact doctor for alternate and to expect text message updates. Time passes, no updates. When I call to inquire, they say they didn't hear back from Dr so canceled my prescription a few days ago. The number they have for me is correct. Not sure why they didn't contact me when Dr didn't respond soon enough or at the very least before (or even after?!) canceling my prescription.

Been going here for decades. Only place I go to. Even when out of town, any Kroger can help me out. These pharmacists are great!
Personally witnessed customers treating the pharmacists like 2nd class citizens.
What they don’t know is the amount of education these people have. Some have their doctorates.
They know more about the meds than the doctors prescribing them.
Would highly recommend.

The folks here have been my Pharmacists for a good 2 years now and everyone on staff is kind and extremely helpful. Customer service is top notch. My meds are always in stock which is great because they are difficult to get at most pharmacies.
Thanks to Brad and his crew and guess what? I’ll see y’all tomorrow!

Very disorganized in my opinion. Would not notify me on important issues regarding filling or refilling my medications. Seeming nice people but the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

Nice store, well stocked and orderly! FM staff knowledgeable and very professional‼ The food quality within the store is of high standards than most food stores! I highly recommended this store‼

Had the most unprofessional experience with their pharmacy manager Brad. He does not answer question, what is worse, hangs up the call claiming that he does not have time for patients. He loses his temper quite easily. If he is unhappy working in retail perhaps he shouldn’t be a health care provider.Furthermore he flat out admits that he is not up to date with the current guideline therefore refuses to do his job. Wow.

They were so backed up today that you had about four or five people in the isles waiting to go through each checkstand. When we went to the self check out, it flagged an employee to come over and ID us (and we're both retired) for the wine we were buying. But apparently the scanner wasn't working so a staff member had to check each item and figure out which of the items had been scanned. I'm not willing to put up with this slow process; there are other places in town to buy groceries. Shopping at Fred Meyer was a pain in the a** today and I'm going to make it a point to not return anytime soon.

last time I went to Fred Meyer's in Gig Harbor I thought I wouldn't go back well today I went back and such a nice store good produce but again nothing will makeup for the lack of awareness by there cashier when checking out I seriously thought my food would be warm (ice cream) etc. waiting in line no one helping the guys and girls laughing and having a delirious time so again , please !don't think I'll be back for awhile hoping one day the right person experiences what we did today and then maybe something will change ? Port orchard much better . There was other businesses that relied on product not remembering about customer service? And they had to suffer bottom line before they got it maybe one person watching the people checking out would help ?... Maybe

Such a friendly place to grocery shop! Very clean and helpful staff. I just bought salmon from the seafood section and the Fred Meyer guy was so nice!

A very kind cart attendant named Nichole helped us, about a week ago. When we got to the store my partner said "wow they must have a great cart attendant today" because all the carts were inside (more than normal) and well organized. Then as we were leaving we met Nicole, she followed us out to our car, helped us load and brought our cart back for us. Such a great help! Thank You Nicole!!!
