Don’t bring your kids. I brought my son for his first pedicure. His brother had one before at Vnails in Tacoma and he talk so highly about it little brother wanted one. It was such a letdown and I had to apologize to my kiddo for wasting his time and my money. My pedicure was good but polish wasn’t perfect. For a kids pedicure it is not worth it at all.

I had a regular spa pedicure with gel polish. It was the best pedicure I've had in years. I was taken care of by a young man named Alex, and to say he was meticulous is a huge understatement. He even asked me if I had anywhere to be right away, because my toes needed extra attention and wanted to spend the time to do it right. 100% recommend and I will be going back!

I have been going to Gnails for about 4 months. I get dip powder with extensions and they always last and are very strong. It seems everyone there does a great job with shaping etc. If there are any issues, I just let them know and they fix it right up. Management seems to take customer satisfaction seriously and I appreciate that. I have been to a few other nails salons in the area, this one by far lasts the longest and the pricing is decent.

Very pleasant employees and manicurists. The place is a little high volume and hectic, but convenient. We were acknowledged, asked to sit and then put into massage/pedicure chairs within 5-10 minutes. We did not have a reservation. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing spa environment, this is not for you. If you are looking for a reasonably priced and friendly establishment, this is your new go-to! We did spa pedicures with gel and were both pleased with the experience and quality.

Overall, the service is generally friendly, but I've only experienced exceptional service from a few select technicians. One issue is that they don't replace popular polish colors often enough; several times, the polish was extremely sticky and almost gone, resulting in lumpy application on my nails. Additionally, there have been occasions where the technician didn't paint my whole nail. The service could also be quicker. Vibe is quite stark - some relaxing background music would be nice.

Meh. Took my daughter for her first mani pedi yesterday. Her polish is already chipping on both hands and legs and she's not done anything other than be at home.
My manicure is disappointing. I asked for a natural french ombre and showed pics. I had 3-4 different people come work on it. But it doesn't look much like the pic. Just.looks whitish... looks weird. But whatever. Got up to pay and was surprised at the price. The two ladies were very insistent that I tip. I really didn't think the work they did deserved the tipping, especially after the price tag but whatever I gave into the bullying and added a five dollar tip.
I would have given one star but the two stars is for the young gentleman who was really good with my daughter and made an effort to actually talk to her. I think they can do basic stuff but anything more sophisticated I wouldn't trust them with.

Daniel does a great job on my dip nails. Pedicures are also really relaxing and enjoyable. They can be busy at times so I recommend calling ahead.

Very clean and friendly environment. They have tons of color choices to choose from dip gel or regular. My nail tech always gives me advice whenever I pick colors and will always fit. I love coming here. Will always be coming back!

I got a pedicure two days ago. She cut my skin with scissors far too deep and now I have an infection and am on antibiotics. I probably won’t be going back…
The lady was super nice and did exactly what I came in for, but not worth it.

G Nails is the best and always my go to! Fantastic manicures & pedicures every time I go here. Whenever I take my family and friends here they are always impressed and extremely satisfied!!

I used to love this place-- it was easily more than 4 stars! The nail artists were wonderful, took care and pride in their work, the service was great! You felt well taken care of! But after the pandemic, I was surprised to find the management had jammed in several new stations, making it hard to to feel comfortable and it was really disappointing to watch the nail techs (few of the original artists remain) often rushing to tend to 2 clients at the same time and doing a slipshod job to both. It's really sad to see how far this place has fallen in quality and service.

I used to go here a lot but will not be returning after my last visit. The guy working on my nails (Daniel) was very rude has no manners and is impatient. ALSO my nails looked nothing like the picture I showed. Half the time they will start on your nails and leave you waiting 45 minutes and start working on someone else’s nails anyways. Don’t recommend. ??

The remark the staff member made in here had been removed after my honest review. It was a very rude derogatory statement and extremely unprofessional and unfair. To accuse someone of trying to steal a service and call them names is not necessary. This place goes thru many managers and owners. I just hope the next one does better and gets it back on track. The language barrier may have played a role in the initial disagreement but there was no excuse after that. At the moment , Bella Nails does a better job all around.

The ladies here always do it right. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she perfectly executed it. They never miss a single detail. The shape, the application, and final result is always perfect. Highly recommend this place.

This is hands down the best place in the harbor. Taya is my go to for nails! She is knowledgeable about trends and always provides friendly professional service! I look forward to getting my nails done and spending time with Taya!
