If I could give this review zero star, I really wish I could give it zero star. The reason why I am, giving this place one is because there is more cons then pros that I can think of. The cons of this GoodWill: There is no public restrooms, no public fitting room, the place does sometime looks messy and it looks like a junkyard (that mean this GoodWill is sometime disorganized), there is good stuff at this GoodWill sometimes but they overpriced the good items, there is mediocre and not so good stuff at this GoodWill all the time but they still overpriced those items as well too, and if there is no price tags on any of the items at this GoodWill the cashiers will spit out a random price for that item, (when the cashiers spit out a random price on that item with no price tag at this GoodWill that mean the item is as is and non refundable and returnable. This happened to me yesterday when I brought a heated seat cushion for a car from GoodWill for $3.99.), some of the employees are not friendly, some of the stuff from this GoodWill does not work or fit you or it has missing pieces, or it has horrible smell on the item, or it in horrible condition, and lastly this GoodWill sometimes have horrible smell in the whole entire store

Rude! No "Goodwill" here. Go somewhere else. Go to Ross and buy it new for less money.

Came in to drop off a donation. It’s my second time dropping off a donation at this location so I got out of my car while waiting for the woman in front of me to finish her drop off. I got out because of what I’d seen others doing so I figured it was okay. The workers all yelled at me to “Get back in the car.” This was a completely disrespectful and berating tone to take with customers who simply misunderstood the rules. It’s fine to have a policy on drop offs but learn how to talk to people.

Any decent store typically posts their hours.

This used to be the nicest goodwill. I don’t know if there was a crazy sale or what happened but nothing is where it should be and you can’t even find the right sized racks anymore….. I actually left empty handed because it was so unorganized and dirty.

Goodwill in general is out of their minds with their prices lately and I see they've continued to get more greedy. The clothing prices at this location really shocked me in a bad way. Please consider donating your clothing elsewhere. They seem to have forgotten they get it all for free.

Completely disorganized. Couldn’t find where anything except books and clothes were meant to be.

Assistant manager was ridiculous. Found a pair of youth size 14 true religion jeans at best in 5/10 condition and they didn’t have a tag. Assistant manager said he’d sell them for $14, I said “that much for a youth pair?” and he obnoxiously goes “they’re not youth, they’re women's. And they’re an expensive brand, $14” very snarky and passive aggressive, and walks away. Lots of second hand embarrassment from that guy being a d****bag and so confidently being incorrect. If you know womens sizing, you’d be able to tell that the tiny pair of “size 14” jeans were obviously youth sized, because an adult size 14 would be massively larger. I even looked at the female cashier and said “you know these aren’t women’s pants right” and she nodded yes lol.
Aside from goodwills new horrible business model, I also hope I don’t deal with the cringey assistant manager again.

NO public restrooms and NO dressing rooms. Therefore, I will not shop here. Or donate ever again. Super annoying.

It seems like every time I get things together to donate they “aren’t taking donations at this time.”

Compared to North Tacoma and Port Orchard.
I left with bug bites on my arm, assuming flea.
Going through the racks of clothes is a legitimate upper body workout. The hangers are so over-stuffed onto the racks that it's quite difficult to pull single items out. When you free one, it will certainly be partially intertwined with another garment. It's impossible to skim over the racks because you can't actually see items due to the overcrowding.
I did appreciate the presentation of the name brand clothing at the entry to the store, but not enough to ever go back. Also, the books were well-labeled and lots of them.
The games/puzzles were Tetris-ed into a too-small shelf, but worth the unpacking to find a few great deals. Again, Port Orchard is larger, with more shelf space dedicated, and easy to browser through the games section.
The employees I interacted with were all extremely helpful, polite and a general pleasure.
Overall, I do not recommend for clothes shopping. Port orchard is superior for it's clothing organized by color and ability to slide hangers on the clothing racks. Port orchard also has fitting rooms. North Tacoma had a great selection of clothes, but no fitting rooms, and mostly organized by color.

We like this place before it turned into an expensive junk store now free got more expensive, there’s no restrooms. When I go to Tacoma at my age I need a place that has restrooms available just incase, I picked this place for that convenience and I like to shop for various things video’s is my first stop, now they have double the price so I can still get them cheaper than here, after that disappointment, and the untidiness of the store I gave up and left to never return, because I think they will not survive long as I notice it also was not crowded like it used to be, people can buy new for just pennies more. Well they say prices are higher but they got it free. It’s probably the whole Goodwill Chapter that has tested use and I’m not buying this.

No restrooms for customers. High prices. And No CHANGING ROOMS. Just a mirror in the men's department. ??♀️ They want you to buy it and take it home to try on. And if it doesn't fit, they keep your money and give you store credit! Dumbest Goodwill I've ever been to.
