Drove 50 minutes to get there, signed up on the app during the drive with no one in line, and they said they took him off the list because he was LATE. She claimed it's been over an hour. It hadn't even been an hour since we left home AND we have never been told there was a time limit. This is how we've been using this app since the app came out. Very disappointed!

If you're looking for a cheap crew cut, there's nothing better. Anything more complicated, expect a pretty dismal outcome. Even went back to get it fixed, and it was still cock-eyed. I literally had to show the lady where it was uneven, she'd fix that bit, think it was done, before I showed her another spot that needed attention.
Ended up going to a proper hair place and getting it evened out for an extra 30 bucks. Very mid

This place told me on the phone that I couldn’t schedule an appointment, which is fine. But when I got there discovered that there was a system where I could have checked in online. I would have appreciated being able to have done that over the phone when I’d called.
They told me it was a 45 minute wait, which is fine, there were places I could go. I came back 5 minutes before and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my two toddlers to be seen. They started cutting one of my boys hair, and after another 15 minutes they said they could start on my other boy. They’d literally trimmed the bangs and snipped the side above his ear before they stopped and told me they couldn’t proceed because he had lice. In the Pacific Northwest, in winter.
Now, I’m completely understanding of that policy and did not object or complain. What I was upset about was the fact that…he did not have lice. He had cradle cap. They also stopped cutting my other kids hair before it was done because of that diagnose.

The good: I don't like making appointments for a haircut so the hybrid system is great. You can check the wait time online and get on the list before you leave home. The price is also great. I can't stomach paying $50-60 for a haircut that takes 10 minutes. The bad: you never know what kind of cut you're going to get. Staff turnover is high so it's rare to get the same stylist twice. I've had seriously good cuts here - 5 stars all the way. But I've a also a couple of 1 star cuts - really, really bad. Fortunately hair grows back. But until I can bare to lay down more cash for a cut, Great Clips it is.

Danette was my husband’s hair stylist in Silverdale. When we found out she moved to Gig Harbor, we had to follow her. She always does a great job and we enjoy catching up with her.

I always get a good haircut at Great Clips, and it’s usually a different stylist each time. I enjoy having the ability to check in via the app. I usually get right in once I arrive. The price of a haircut is very reasonable, which allows me to tip a little extra.

Checked in online 45 mins before closing, arrived a few minutes later, Kyle did a great job cutting my hair, friendly conversation as well! All around great experience from great clips. I hadn't been in a number of years but will be back next cut

This place is a joke. It starts from upper management willing to keep an inexperienced manager in charge. Then they're puzzled as to why they constantly lose people. Don't have any serious personal issues, because they don't care, from the salon level, up. lThey have max 3 people on a Friday, 2 on the other days. Let me be clear, talent with hair is NOT the issue. Geri and Stephanie are!

The last time I was in here Sarah cut my hair, and though my hair is worn short, she was patient with me while I explained how I have I usually have it trimmed/styled, and gave me the right haircut I needed—she was easy to communicate with/my needs. Plus, there was no wait time :)
