I used Mike Runyan and Remax to sell my home in Bremerton last year. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Mike made sure we were prepared, letting us know what was important to have done to assure the property would be ready for the sale. He advised us on the best pricing for the market in our area. We had 2 full price offers after two days. MIke kept us informed on how the sale was progressing, and on what we needed to do. Our house closed in one month . I have only good experiences over the last 18 years I have worked with Mike Runyan on the Purchase and sale of this home, and my 2 previous homes. I would highly recommend him, and Remax, to anyone buying or selling a home.

Mike Runyan and his company are highly professional and gave me perfect advice on pricing and selling my home. I needed upgrades, and he assisted me with a great list of contractors. His advice paid off, and my home sold the first day it was listed, the day before the open house, even! I was so impressed that I advised a friend to use him to sell his home and the first buyer who saw the the home, bought it! They have years of experience and will not stir you wrong.

Here's the information on the selling contractor who sold the home. I guess you guys don't check credentials for your clients. I wish I knew to do this as a first-time home buyer. I would not have bought a house from someone with a history of violations and active claims against them. This is who you had us doing business with; a con man contractor who poses as a plumber and other professions without the license in that field. He bought the house May 10th, 2023, and flipped it illegally. He did not pull any permits or have any inspections for the extension, remodeling and repairs he did to the property, and blatantly misrepresented and omitted information on Form 17. He committed NEC violations that are a hazard and a pose a threat to safety, and put it on the market on August 17th, 2023, to trick unsuspecting buyers. And your business assisted with this illegal sale. You can't even deny this.

Unfortunately, the previous review of this stands as very correct and factual information The ATG did not dismiss the complaint. The complaints get closed out however, if the ATG does an independent investigation you would not know until it is published.I'ma neutral party and know exactly what took place and that poor family is stuck with a home that has multiple safety violations and is unlivable. No permits have been pulled for any repairs of upgrades to his home since 1970. All this can easy be verified by just calling the city permits department.SMH an approximately $400,000 home that can not be occupied. Shame on all of you and God will have the finally say.
