I asked Mr Westmoreland for help in selling my 3 duplexes in Shelton WA. When I authorized him to put them online we got immediate offers with more coming. The top 2 were below asking price but still reasonable for a complicated sale. One took our counter and we signed their all cash hassle free offer. Details were soon worked out. We closed the sale week later. I have seldom had a deal which went so smoothly and closed so quickly. Mr Westmoreland’s master professionalism made the deal go so well. I recommend him to anybody who wants such services.
