Was pretty mad. ATM took my $500 and kept it spitting out a receipt with some nonsense about potential fraud. Next day I went in and the branch manager, Scott Hall went to work. In just a few minutes my card was again active. After that he submitted a claim for the safe return of my $500. Next morning 1st thing my money was credited to my account. That would be the end of it but awhile later Mr Scott Hall phoned me to make sure all has gone well. Now while I am on the fence about how I feel about the whole ordeal I DO know that I appreciated a courtesy call from the branch manager just to check up on the issue. 3 stars for the ordeal. 5 stars for Mr Scott Hall. Average 4 stars.

The gentleman that works at this location has a very depressing demeanor and is incredibly unhelpful. I have been nothing but disappointed with this bank and I'm going back to using Navy Federal credit Union full time.

Warning! Do not use this branch! The customer service is terrible. Use a local bank with a good culture that actually cares about their customers rather than nickle and dimming.

Tuesday September 17th I was given the wrong paycheck from my employer, but I didn't notice it because I trust that person giving me the right check. I walked into this Key Bank to deposit it into my account and it went through. The bank employee didn't double check and ask if I'm sure I want to deposit someone else's check into my account, the person just handed me a pen and had me sign the slip of paper and the wrong check went in my account. After my employer realized I had the wrong check, my account was frozen so when my date with a woman occurred I had no money and couldn't pay for lunch or a movie. Now someone else's check is in my account, along with my check deposited today. So the plan is to drive all the way to this Key Bank, pull a maximum of $305 a day and turn it into my employer so my co worker can have their money. This is will be a 3 day process over this inconvenience. I'm not happy with Key considering I get declined every other time I want a drink or snack from a vending machine. It's embarrassing when I get declined when I call to find out I do have plenty of money for a snack, and asking a woman to pay for the first date.

I really need to give a shoutout to Darren at the Pt. Fosdick KeyBank. He is always so pleasant and willing to help with whatever I need when I do my banking in person. I think he's fairly new to GIg Harbor, but he's definitely an experienced bank professional and is always kind to customers no matter how busy the branch is. Thank you, Darren. Great hire, KeyBank!

I am switching banks. Purdy location, this location, online customer support AND support phone were no help as I result I am out time, money, my credit is being lowered and to too it off they "lost" my rewards points. They s*** down my debit card without my consent, I went to get gas had no cash in me. Stranded. They never sent out a new one, when they did send a new one they sent it priority. By priority the meant UPS. Had I known that's what they meant I would have said no, because I work during UPS hours so I wasnt home to sign for it. I've called their customer support numbers... I get hung up on. Tried emailing customer support... it wouldn't accept the message saying there was account info on it and for security purposes to take it out... but there wasn't account info on it so I'm not sure why it wouldn't go through... I've been in the branch 3 times and nothings been resolved. 3 almost 4 weeks later... still no debit card.

Except for the fact that Starbucks customers take up ALL the parking for bank customers, they are very nice.

As soon as I walked into this bank I was treated like a long time customer! Wonderful group of folks.
