I cannot believe how understaffed this bank is. No tellers and two people at the desks. Manager is unable to do any transactions for customers. The original manager that was hear for years…always worked helping customers with transactions to help her staff. Now it’s a big waiting game to get waited on…

The quality of this branch has dramatically gone down, since they've decided to remove most of their bank tellers. You can never get a withdrawal without it taking 15+ minutes as they need a buddy to get into the safe. They have bankers at desks that need to run back and forth from their desk to the front teller station to make withdrawal transactions happen. KeyBank get it together. The staff themselves are always polite and apologetic towards the inefficient rules/ ways KeyBank has changed policies/ procedures. I personally am considering taking my business elsewhere for a faster and more efficient transaction.

I recommend not using Key bank for anything. I opened an account on december fifteenth which was hacked by december thirtieth. They closed that account on me, when I opened a new one that account was then closed related to the prior hack. I spent $35 on checks for the 1st account that I was never able to use. They gave me new checks for the 2nd account which I was never able to use and are now telling me that they will not refund me the money for the Checks that I purchased even though it was no fault of mine that I was never able to use them. No one seems to be able to give you a straight answer at the bank. I get that it's only $35 but it's my $35 that I put into their bank that they close the account on the least they. Can do is refine me the money. Horrible banking experience.

My spouse and I have banked here for about 9-10 years. Both business and personal. They used to be 5 stars. Now just 1. My spouse and I no longer feel comfortable going in.! The bank paid our mortgage company over $4,400 last month instead of the $2,200+ due. They should have only paid one regular payment due as every other month. But, they did this and then charged us overdraft fees. A nightmare we are still trying to fix. No thank you Deanne Guthrie branch manager as you were the one to deny my spouses requests on the phone to fix the double mortgage payment and threw it back to him. It was rectified weeks later by the 1-800-customer service managers who stated this was Key Banks fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will be moving our accounts elsewhere, no doubt!

I have been banking at this branch for about a year with a business account. To often the lack of tellers are an annoyance. Last couple days I wanted to deposit some money. Yesterday I went in twice and 1 teller and 3-4 people waiting. I left both times. Today I left early enough to go to the bank and wait and same one teller but at least only one person at counter. The lady said I'll be right with with you. Ok no big deal. About 3 minutes later she yells across the bank for another teller to come and help then says she will be a while with this customer. Look I know I am not big and important with my small business but hey I got thing to do. Sometime on a schedule. Not impressed!
